Depends on what you are confused on, some of it is the mystery of the current arc but other stuff like The current catwoman relationship and Alfred not being alive comes from the previous Tom King run of 84 issues. But said run is really is really controversial and gets more so as the run continues so I would not recommend buying it all at once.
