Batman has gadgets to counter Ollie at long range, stealth to his advantage and is by far a better tactician. There is no way Oliver can win. Connor Hawke on the other hand could have a chance.

However, when you talk about the martial arts side of things, especially Batman; If he has learned almost every martial art, then he would know tens of thousands of forms. You always say that Batman knows 127 deadly forms of martial arts. It should actually be 127 deadly styles of martial arts. A form is an increment In a style. It is what you learn in between belt rankings or degree rankings as you move up. A style is the art itself with the forms incorporated. So, it's safe to say that Batman knows at least 127 different deadly styles of martial arts and tens of thousands of forms to help make up his fighting style. Hope that helps.

I’m gonna state something I hope most people can agree with but in a whole if you think about what they can both do without all the fancy shit and so called prep time that every batman fans excuse is batman only wins all the time because he has plot armour as a fan favourite and has everything he needs to beat someone whenever he needs it because it’s plot armour as he is written to be the ultimate human hero but if you took both characters without plot armour and think about it. Arrow is a master archer and can literally shoot an arrow between Batman’s mask and kill him. Bullet proof doesn’t mean shit against a sharp arrow and also if you say batman can split it with is batarang look the arrow can shot like three arrows at once and use trick arrows so without plot armour if you think logically really arrows character should win with a arrow right in Batman’s skull. But obviously the fan favourite with all that plot armour will always win.

Merlyn has defeated batman. Green Arrow once had to rescue batman from dieing at the hands of Merlyn. It's also confirmed on the show that Merlyn is better than Batman. Merlyn scored higher than everyone ever in the league. Hes the only member to ever graduate which Is why he was allowed to leave. In the comics he only failed to kill batman because Green Arrow was there to save him. Alot of Green Arrows villians can easily defeat Batman. This would be super fun. Not only would Batman win this fight but he'd make Green Arrow give up and join whatever cause is going on at the time. At first Batman will be pursued by Green Arrow. Many arrows will be fired, just as many will miss. Batman lures Green Arrow to the end of an alleyway. After having planted a few small explosives, in key locations, Batman stands his ground, at a dead end of all places. A few lines of dialogue exchange. Batman: "What are you even looking for?" Green Arrow: "I'm looking for the one thing, everybody needs in this world, justice! I'm here to take you down, right here, right now!" Batman: "If you're looking for justice, you came to the right place. I'll have to give you a rain check, if you think you've won." Green Arrow pulls back his bowstring. The explosives planted on either side of Green Arrow go off, causing the arrow to fire, but trail to one side. Green Arrow isn't bothered by this much, but it makes him blink. Just enough time for Batman to rush in, and get personal. Green Arrow pulls his bowstring with a new arrow ready to fire, to find himself now right in front of Batman. The arrow tip just on the side of Batman's head. Batman: "I know you're fast with that bow. Do you really think you can hit me when I'm this close?" Green Arrow: ".... ...!!" Green Arrow maintains, his grasp knowing he may have to up his game, releases the bowstring, which was an explosive, hits the dead end wall, and explodes. Chunks of brick and mortar dust become scattered amongst the alleyway. Batman and Green Arrow both dive away. Batman readies his batarang and throws. Not hitting Green Arrow, but his bow. This batarang has a tow line attached. Batman pulls his towline. Green Arrow doesn't let go at all and is flung toward Batman in almost comical fashion. His legs kicking in the air, his one arm not holding the bow, flailing wildly. Batman returns with one punch with enough force to knock Green Arrow out. Batman: "Looks like its nap time...." Now in a new unknown location. Green Arrow finds himself tied to a chair. Green Arrow starts to wake. Green Arrow: "that was a lucky shhh" Batman: "Shut up, Oliver. That is your name right?" Green Arrow: "How'd you..?." Batman again interrupts. Batman: "I'll be the one asking the questions, here. I know someone must have sent you. I want you to tell me who." Green Arrow: "I can't tell you. It's a secret and others will be hurt, if they find out. This was supposed to be a one shot deal." Batman: "One shot? You pretty much struck out tonight. So here's what you're going to do." Batman moves in closer, now just inches from Green Arrows face. Batman: "You're going to go back to who sent you and tell them, you took me down. You're going to take this with you." Batman tears a piece of his cape and drapes it over Olivers face, now covering his eyes. Batman: "Don't worry about the rest." From Oliver's perspective, a door is slammed and a car is heard driving away. Oliver manages to escape with ease. Green Arrow: "Well that was rude!" The rope wasn't tied too tight. Oliver sees his bow and other gear next to him. There's a note. Oliver reads the note. "You sure, gave me a good run. You should know by now, we are on the same side. Just do what I said and return to whoever sent you after me. Ill be seeing you there. Be ready for some action. Sorry about the rope."

Green Arrow is a little more carefree than Batman. But if you actually think Ollie cant win this, you’re a fool. Every character Batman has beat, so has Arrow. Deathstroke, Deadshot, Killer Croc, Wonder Woman, and yes, even Superman. Heck, Green Arrow and even beat Batman in a fist fight. Multiple times actually. He’s almost as skilled in martial arts as the Dark Knight, and even has a few of his own tricks. The deciding factor is gadget use, of which Bats definitely has the upper hand. Arrow has many different types of arrows, and grenades. But Batman has contingency gadgets for nearly every situation. But the split is 48-52 split, batman with a change to tin 52% of the time.

Bruce Wayne I see your point and I do believe bats would definitely win I just can't see it being an easily won fight especially when u take account: 1,Ollie's combat skills, he's trained under Natas and has single handedly beaten Deathstroke (as well as trained under him) and he's always fighting Drakon ,who I'd have to say is a better Martial artist than Bats(by a small margin); and 2 Ollie's ability to adapt in certain situations which is the main reason Ollie survived on the island for so long. In the end I know bats would definitely win but it would probably be because of his tactical prowess,experience,and vast knowledge of combat techniques

I don't know I love both but I think Arrow would put a trick arrow through Bruce's eyeball in n the end. Could also Batman winning. He's just genius level. And although both learned much from Raz Al Ghul, Oliver has withstood years of torture and never swore off killing. That's the only reason I see Queen winning. Bruce is stronger, more tactile and cunning... But he won't kill the Arrow and therefore can't beat Arrow. My opinion at least

But batman uses more than martial arts, he uses more tech, has more strength, more stealth, more strategical ability. Overall batman would most likely win. You seem to have no idea how powerful some of Oliver's arrows are. Some of his arrows are so powerful they can hurt Lobo. He has also knocked down a fully armored Martian with one-shot of a super-arrow. He has knocked out Etrigan in one shot with an arrow. Do you know how insanely powerful that is? If Batman gets hit with one of those arrows, he's dead on the spot. Has Batman ever hurt Lobo with Batarangs before? No I don't think so.

Just started watching Arrow last week......DAMN, THIS SHOW IS SOLID!!! Guess it was a blessing that Disney fvkked up with its ftanchise. Otherwise, I wouldn't have gotten into DC like I have been, for the last 5months. No agendas in DC movies. There might be "wierd sh¡t", but its so subtle.....its not the focal point of the show(s)/movies. With not only Marvel pandering, its hard not to appreciate DC, and not want to do a deep dive with the Comics, and shows/movies that I skipped out on the last 15years.

Malcom is considered Ras number 1 student. He scored higher than anyone ever in the League. It's the reason why he was the only member ever to graduate and be allowed to leave the league. Even Oliver said in Arrow s3 noone knows Ras and The League better than Malcom Merlyn who scored higher than everyone. Plus Merlyn in the comics has defeated batman. Green Arrow once in the comics saved batman from dieing at the hands of Merlyn. If it wasnt for Oliver, Malcom would have killed Bruce. Oliver defeated Malcom. Bruce lost to Malcom.
