The big issue is that in terms of street level combatants, marvel heroes and villains generally *all* have ridiculously good hand to hand skills, while in DC you really only have like the Bat family, green arrow and his sidekicks, Wonder Woman, Black Canary and White canary that are notable for CQC. Like Spider-Man regularly tangles with people like Taskmaster and has had to fight people like Captain America, Black Panther, Shang Chi, Deadpool, Electra, and Iron Fist on multiple occasions, all of whom are easily Batman-level fighters based on feats and history. Spider-Man definitely hasn’t won all of those fights, but he’s won enough of them for people like Shang chi and iron fist, two of the greatest hand to hand combatants in the marvel universe, to say that if Spider-Man were serious it would be nearly impossible to beat him in CQC. DC definitely takes the cake with high tier power, but Marvel’s street level combatants are generally on a higher level, and spider-man is *the* street level marvel hero

IQ isn't a good way to measure intelligence for fictional characters, writers just slap on whatever number they feel like with no consistency even within verse, much less throughout all of fiction. It's way better to go off tangible feats instead of whatever random number a writer arbitrarily assigns to a character. Alakazam's have an IQ of over 5,000.
