If she didn't have strength she is flash fast. Yeah it’s pretty clear the humans in the dc universe are built different, especially Batman. In our world he’d be superhuman in every way. He’s faster than the worlds fastest normal man, he’s stronger than the worlds strongest normal man, he’s smarter and has mastered every martial art in existence or at least most of them that are useful etc etc. Many times we’ve seen him take hits from superhuman or godlike beings and walk away with nothing more than a bruise or at most a broken bone. He’s been thrown through solid concrete walls by beings such as Wonder Woman and walked away unscathed. He’s not a normal human. He’s definitely superhuman. He’s basically the equivalent of captain America for dc. Cap also is barely superhuman in the comics. Only thing that makes him superhuman is his stamina and reflexes from what I remember. Except cap makes sense. He took the superhuman serum and become peak human physically and exceeded beyond human mentally. It makes sense for him to be the strongest and fastest human. Batman is suppose to be just a man. Unless Bruce takes some special steroids that are much more potent and less harsh on the body, then that’d be his superhuman daily or weekly injections to stay in top shape and ahead of a normal human. That’d make more sense I mean.
