One thing that occurred to me is that it would be really nice (and probably make for a happier ending) if, when you surrender to Scarecrow at the end of the game but you've helped Nightwing with all the caches, he tracks your movements in the truck to Scarecrow (maybe retrieving the utility belt left behind, using the Remote Hacking Device to jam the camera feeds, so the Bruce Wayne secret doesn't get exposed). Or, for that matter, if you did all the Riddler missions so Catwoman is now free of the bomb collar, she hitches a ride on maybe the truck's underside and disables the live feed while Scarecrow is occupied. Or, if you did both Nightwing and Catwoman's missions, they both show up to help against Scarecrow. Nightwing jamming the live feeds with Remote Hacking Device, and then maybe a team battle where Nightwing and Catwoman fight to keep Scarecrow's thugs occupied. Am thinking even Azrael (provided you had him leave the clock tower) could get in on the action.

I find Nightwing's *ahem* hostage situation by Penguin to be very unbelievable. Considering how Penguin's just a fat midget compared to Nightwing being a master martial artist, acrobat, and detective. In fact, I'd say Nightwing was never in any real danger and just let Penguin think he got him just to troll him and so that he and Batman can take him down more effectively.
