I mean black Canary and green arrow are a thing canonically in most continuities. Huntress knows blue Beatle in this version and that he is a complete virgin due to the way he acts around her. Catwoman admittedly doesn't know the other heroes personally but probably heard about them enough to make jokes about their traits like flash being fast obviously or how Aquaman is full of himself which can be seen as overcompensating.
