Recipe:
jelly - 3 pcs. + water - 350 ml. (for 1 p.)
sour cream (15%) - 600 ml.
sugar 4 tbsp
gelatin - 25g + water - 60ml.
waffles - 5 pcs.
Preparation:
1. Make three types of jelly: green, cherry and orange. Let the jelly harden and cut into cubes. Mix everything.
2.Then we dissolve the gelatin with water, let it swell a little, and then put it on gas or in the microwave. The gelatin needs to be completely dissolved.
3.Add ready-made gelatin and sugar to the sour cream and beat it all with a blender.
4. Pour the finished mixture into a vessel and grease the waffles with cream and spread the jelly.
5. Grease the top layer with a thick ball of cream and sprinkle with multi-colored waffles. And put the cake in the refrigerator for a day.
