Jelly Fruit Cake
Ingredients:
Pan Size 9"
Agar Mix:
4 cups /1000ml water
1tbsp/ 8g agar agar powder
1 cup /200g sugar
Fruits: Chopped (your fav fruits)
Grapes (green,black) 1/2 cup
Mango 1/2 cup
Kiwi 1/2 cup
strawberry 1/2 cup
orange 1/2 cup
dragon fruit 1/2 cup
Jello Layer:
cherry or Strawberry Jello
1/4 cup jello mix
1 cup remaining agar mix

Agar agar will be hard . But jelly powder will be like regular soft jello. but still would work. i think every grocery store has china grass which is same as agar agar

Looks like a lovely recipe which I will try. However the jelly is made with gelatin which is not vegan. But the agar agar is vegan. Use agar agar instead in the same proportion. To dye the clear agar mixture, use red dragon fruit pushed through a sieve then strain through cheese cloth to remove the final residues. Experiment with how much red dragon fruit to use to get the desired density of colour. It will also be very fragrant.

Why messy. Did you use right amount of agar agar. Ok so when you use agar agar make sure you dissolve first let it stand for few minutes then boil. You have to cook the agar agar. Then you follow same what i showed in the video. I hope that helps. If agar agar is old sometimes it doesn’t work. Sometimes they sell old agar agar. You can test by using one spoon dissolve in 1 cup water then boil and then let is sit. It should harden up. I hope that helps.
