So I've only used this pressure washer one time. kzbin.infoUgkxfQauTxLT0JLSvqkq10rD79TU4k0Vz8zP The one time I used it, it worked great. I recently had new siding installed but kept the old gutters and small areas surrounding my house that weren't replaced so they looked horrible and dirty because of the new siding. I needed to get it cleaned asap. When I used the pressure washer, man it just melted all the dirt and grime that was on those areas of my house. I used that krud kutter soap and it was over after that. Easy to assemble, feels durable, very simple to use. Also, I purchased a used one to save money and there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. I want to get more use out of it so I think I'll be washing the cars and update this comment as time goes on.

Hi! Thanks for video! Do you think Karcher is strong enough for grafiti job?
@Hazmatti9 ай бұрын
the little alko one looks ideal for cleaning bikes + motorbikes, currently looking at getting one like it as I'm in an upper flat without access to an outside tap or wall socket, I have been using a little manual pump style thing for some time now but it's not the greatest and is quite bulky!

Hi ,I’m sure the one you keep saying is red and black ,is actually red and white ,and £8000 for for a pressure washer, that’s over priced , but do like the karcher ,as it looks like a standard pressure washer ,definitely demonstrated that battery pressure washers can do a great job .

The Demon is a beast I mean hands down the clear winner however for someone who doesn't want to take up all that space the Karcher would be my pick 👍

That mini fire engine just looks awesome but the price tag 🥵 I think if the Karcher had a longer runtime then it'd be the perfect machine!

Hi, Well done, this helps me to make my choice... but you missed maybe two another brands, that are real competitors. I mean DeWalt and Worx. What about giving another round with the Worx Hydroshot WG633 56 bar and the DeWalt DCMPW1600N 110 bar?
@theautisticarborist6846 Жыл бұрын
Can’t believe I’m saying this but the Kärcher machine actually seems pretty awesome ! 110 bar operating pressure at 6.6lpm isn’t terrible by any means for a battery unit ! The price isn’t that nuts either ! Mind you could have dirt driver dpmx14/140 mini bowser for that money ! And that includes a 125l tank unit very similar to the demon ! And really if it doesn’t have a tank incorporated into the design I don’t see why a mains electric unit wouldn’t suffice. The demon boasts some mega specs ! 100 bar @ 11lpm is only really 1lpm of industry standard for single phase 13amp machines that run on a standard domestic plug ! And to do that for almost 2 hours ! Insane ! Though for 8.5k you’d have to hurt me real bad to stop me going for either a dirt driver UHD or the demon Typhoon D1 mobile diesel driven hot water machine ! 200 bar 15lpm, 90 degree C water temp driven by yanmar air cooled Diesel engines ! Hot water really takes the cake ! Speaking of which have you guys got a hot water machine for the workshops ! If not I’d highly recommend looking at one ! I’ve just installed a Dirt driver tamperproof 3 phase diesel heated static machine for a local company, 200 bar, 15lpm, 80 though 140 degrees c water temp, with a double snowfoam / rinse lance allowing you to turn on and off the snowfoam from the lance saving walking the 30m hose and going inside the building to turn the soap on and off ! Takes 7 seconds for snow foam to come on / off from the control on the lance. Also prevents operators tampering with the detergent dosing preventing wastage and Damage to fleet vehicles ! They are insulated with celotex and heated to prevent frost damage too ! So with a stainless steel cabinet can be placed outdoors !

The new Worx 56 bar Hydroshot at 199 pounds is what I have my eye on, I have used the re 22 bar WG620E.2 for years at car events it's perfect. putting larger 4 AH batteries on the units really is worthwhile for run time improvement.

For that I would recommend either the Greenworks or the ALKO. The Greenworks has the advantage of being able to dip out of a clean stream or river.

Were you slightly impressed by the demon ? I think you were. . It’s the only one there I’d even consider, we’ll perhaps the Karcher too.
@TheLawnGuy Жыл бұрын
Thank James, I was fortunate enough to demo the Karcher pressure washer and I really rated it. However, now knowing that the AL-KO runs the Bosh (my chosen platform) I think it will be great for washing our fertiliser spreader and mowers etc nothing too dirty.

It’s is a great machine. I was very impressed with them all. Make sure the Bosch batteries are compatible with the “power for all alliance” just incase your Bosch batteries are different 👍🏼

The Kärcher works.. i have it ... and i am a professional cleaner.. but it is only used as a rinsing tool for which it is brilliant BUt will obviously also work to clean with pressure ........ The other 2 small ones are really just for washing cars or very small jobs... The red one not a good idea unless you are are very well off , are a big firm or you have 2 ramps to get it out of the van and also a large van to carry it. ... better off buying the karcher and 6 batteries. and you will still have 5 or 6 grand left over ... while 2 batteries are working 2 are charging....

ok -i skipped through the video. Did it at any stage say how long the greenworks ran for. 1 bucket? 10minutes ? 1 minute ? before going flat ?? Kind of important to know how long it will take to clean a fence, or a footpath... 10 recharge cycles? 1 ?

I think most people will want to know how the gun works on a standard hose pipe using mains water out of laziness. instead of getting the pressure washer out and the hassle of setting up. but then again if you have a mains pressure washer already you probably don't need these as not cheap lol

Too bad the Makita isnt sold in US, that looks exactly like what I need since I dont have a hose where I want to use it. Looks like the greenwork might still do the job though. The tests were very helpful for me. I would say the only thing missing Id love to know would be how long it takes for the buckets to run out on each of the portable ones.
@DoraWillExploreHer Жыл бұрын
The Demon is not really portable unless you have a trailer on the vehicle and for £8000 is not an option. My Karcher 7 is 180 bar and when my son cleaned my car and it took the paint off the painted bumper, so sometimes more power is not effective on all applications. Because the Karcher 5 was not as powerful, he used it as it was used before, so not his fault. The 180 bar also can destroy concrete paths and will take out mortar joints. It also will fur up the wood as it seoerates it. So more power is not always the solution.
@DoraWillExploreHer Жыл бұрын
The Makita should be moved about with the Makpac Trolley in my opinion and the water case seal leaks when tipped and you must remove the hose filter before and screw the cap on. It is not useful for cleaning concrete in the building tade but cars it is great for and the water lasts. There is a form cannon and a brush as optional. Battery lasts 20 minutes with the water reservoir.

@pigeonpoo1823 Жыл бұрын
An interesting test would have been to use a snow foam cannon to see if battery powered washers can muster up enough pressure to produce foam. My Worx Hydroshot is very similar to the Al-ko, and it cannot do snow foam. Shame. But it can wash bikes and cars. Also, shame a full Greenworks + battery is £300, but that's the one I'd like. Cheers!
@MachineryNation Жыл бұрын
Yeah that would of been good!
@washello6573 Жыл бұрын
Hello. I've been using mobile pressure washer for years. Foam canons can work but they dont generate enough power to turn the foam into a thick snow foam,. I experimented with 40v Pressure washer., using thickest foam mix and adding the special foaming nozzles. They just dont have the power unfortunatly
@DoraWillExploreHer Жыл бұрын
I use the Makita for cars, bikes and tracking. I also use it in site to clean wheelbarrows, mixers, hand tools, scalfolding, hop ups and ladders etc than have plaster it render on. 55 Bar is good enough or 85 Bar on the hosepipe, but if you are cleaning patios, Karcher 7 will be my choice but not battery operated and does require a water source. Even the Demon would not do what a karcher top of the range machine would 75 bar less. The Demon will never work as a potable option other than a farm, warehouse etc.
