If I purchase a gas cart, can I upgrade to electric in the future? Would I need to purchase extra parts to support it?

I have a couple of questions. If i purchase the gas kit would it come with all the parts like the frame screws and bearings and axle and stuff like that. I know it wont come with the engine. My second question is would it work with the prededetor 212 ghost engine and my 3rd question would be about how long would it take for it to arrive. I live in Philadelphia. Sorry if it says some of these stuff on the website but i just want to make sure like 100%
