Before the world ended, I had a ticket for a Battle Beast gig on November 30th 2019. I was a bit knackered and didn't feel like hauling my arse through the cold November evening down to London. But I figured I'd regret it if I didn't, so I got up and went. It was an incredible show, and this was the last song played. In all the dark times of Covid and Brexshit since, remembering that this was the last song I heard live for a long time kept making me smile.
