4:20 (nice!) it's just that leafy _has no character._ every time the writers need a new character for whatever story they wanna write and then cut off for something else, they use leafy (among others) to fill a role. some roles leafy has played: - nice character - person who's noit in a voiry stoible froindshoip - evil character - reject underdog - really really nice character - evil boss character - person who was in an abusive friendship - person bubble hates (it was super weird how they did this) - person who's outgoing so the teams can interact and that's only what i can think of off the top of my head

I love Leafy but the only reasons BFDIA exists is because the creators wanted a reason to keep the show going. They thought "Hey! Let's make a character bad so people don't like them anymore and then we can continue our series!" "That's a great idea, how about Leafy?" "Leafy? Why her? I mean Flower is good for this too and-" "Don't you see? She's such a nice character who only wants the best for others and at times is mean but only because of her insecurities." "But what about her relationship with Firey?" "Firey will start to ignore her because of reputation." "But, why Leafy? Why do you want to make her bad?" "I've explained it already. She's nice, so if we add another trait to her character as in "If she doesn't get what she wants, she gets mad" You know?" "Well, it does seem nice of a kind character to turn bad as a plot-twist.." "Exactly! If we leave her like that, the viewers will slowly get bored of her and see her as bland. Because after all, all what she does is; 𝘣𝘦𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘯𝘪𝘤𝘦 and nobody would want a character who's only personality trait is that."
