@@Ambitwine How I do it is just find a place near the enemy where they can't see you, put down the respawn beacon, use your dandelion for some extra kills, then once the dandelions dead, attack some zombies head on. After you die just respawn at the beacon and repeat

All I can say is I absolutely hate night cap at the moment, she has extremely low health and I feel like her kit encourages spamming that dumb sphere down while spamming that one move we do not speak of. I just think they need to give her a separate kit people can use that could allow people to play a more ninja like play style. Classic citron was my fav plant class in gw2, and he still is my fav plant class, I like how they changed him to allow him to still stay as a tank without being too op. Personally, I like to rank characters based on whether they were improved, or made worse from their Garden Warfare 2 counterparts. With Rose, I definitely agree that it's in the "okay" tier because she's just not as good as she used to be, mainly because her primary just feels slow and clunky compared to GW2. (My brother put her in "awful" tier just because he sucks at playing her, and even goes on to say GW2 Rose is overrated. It can get a bit annoying.) Chomper on the other hand I think majorly improved overall, starting off with the fact he now was a ranged attack to begin with. Sure it's not as fluid as the other shooters, but it has no reload/overheat and deals actually good damage (the terror of rooftop soldiers is no more!). Then there's grody goop, basically a plant equivalent of Soldier's stink cloud. It's actually a good thing that they replaced the regular goop because that was purposed for letting the slow chompers close the distance. But now that Chomper can sprint, that problem's basically solved (I say basically because everyone can sprint). So that's my opinion.

Rose isn’t really a support, I’d class her as defense because of her goat ability, and her speed aura could be helpful defending too. She’s SO hard to play too.

You know, everyone uses sap trap for killing... but what they don’t know is that sap trap can also be used to have more mobility or to disengage from a battle, also you can get to high places with it. (I like to call it: sap jump)

I thing regular corn is pretty decent, but he's really good in the "Gargs" Turf Takeover map because of his incredibly consistent dps (also, I think butter beacon makes enemies take increased damage as well)

I understand these are just you're opinions, but corn, I don't think you have been using him right. Corn would be top of my list. I use 3 builds for corn. 1 shogun guard + mobcobs, 2 rapid recob + mobcobs + revive refresh, 3 excuse not remembering exact names mobcobs+ the one that increases husk hop damage. I used to use the butter refresh one till the update where they beefed up the DMG buff on husk hop. The thing to remember with corn is butter increases damage for all corns. Toss your butter rip out the shuck shot and fire without aiming down site from distance. Next to remember damage increase for husk hop only works for the kernals that directly hit enemy. So for close up encounter, take time to get in close around cover toss butter slide on out ripping your shuck shot, try to position or be ready to sprint hop to better position where its most likely to hit zombies. Also, mechs, shield dome, space station, and turrets can not survive if you focus hop over them. Hold back during hop to stop and fire straight down, push forward prefer while sprint jump to move farther so to reach more zombies. The farther and faster you go the more spread out the kernal pattern. That method usually works not by hitting direct but the delayed explosions splash damage. If splash damage is what you prefer do not pick damage buff, choose damage area increase instead. Personally I love stopping above a group or large character and laying waste to them. People usually scratch their heads on that. So normally hits 6 + 8c, butter 11+ 14c, hop 1 kernal splash 5-3, hop butter 7-11. But w mobcobs the kernals that pierce hit 12+ 18c also target behind will take normal 6+8c, w butter 16+ 24c w target behind taking 12+18c if in butter dome if not 6+8c. Kernal direct hit hop w buff 12+18c, butter 21+28c also splash still hit as well 7-11, Best tip for anyone who reads whole thing. Hop DMG buff+ mobcobs direct hit + pierce 26+34c in butter. When playing a character you play to their strengths, then you will find their true worth.

Tbh wildflower is ok alone but you just need to be stealthy and agile. Chaos helps conceal the wildflower. It's good with the dandelion is you're sneaky and out of sight and the primary is good at longer range. I find the wildflower a good choice to chip away someone's health and finish someone off. Or just a kamikaze class y'know

Wildflower isn't op.It's pretty much balanced! The exploding ability may seem op,but you can completely deny it by hitting the wildflower. Also,it has low HP and damage,so it's pretty ok!

My favorite Plants (OC names in brackets): Sunflower (Sherralin): My favorite plant since the beginning. Looks adorable, heals A LOT even if the heal rate has been toned down and an extremely fast class, too. She's probably the fastest in the game. My favorite class overall. Wildflower (Chopper): Love her for the same reasons as TV Head (Jeffery the Broadcaster), TWO forms of attack (the Ranged Stinging Petal and the Melee Flower Chop). Abilities are amazing and her special skill, which I'll call 'Team-up armor' is quite broken. Peashooter (Lieutenant Peasley): The splash damage makes hitting enemies much easier and the size of his projectiles also makes hitting zombies more manageable. Yes, he certainly go BOING BOING. Chomper (Gentleman Chowdown): I like aggression. Chomper is aggression. Add the perk 'Face bite' and you've got an extremely powerful plant. Also, the ability to literally devour Zombies whole is quite powerful, too. Also, his design gives me Piranha Plant and Venus flytrap vibes. I like it. Nightcap (Nightshade): Probably one of the deadliest ninjas I've seen. Nightcap is SURPRISE ATTACK EXTRAORDINAIRE! She'll walking undetected, send you to her personal SHADOW REALM with Fung-fu and Casting shadows... and then walk out while giving zero 'fox' about what she's just done. Snapdragon (Ignius, The ETERNAL FLAME): Another aggressor that's good at doing his job IMO. stick the following upgrades on him and you'll have a recipe of disaster just waiting to be served up to multiple Zombies in Neighborville. Upgrades: Excellent Accelerant: Enemies remain on fire for longer. Coolant: Reduced overheat of Flameblower and Flareball by igniting an enemy. Ventilation: Reduced overheat of Flameblower and Flare ball when Blue Blazes is launched. Ever wanted Flameblower and Flareball (especially Flameblower) to stop overheating? Stick the three perks above on your Snapdragon, get in a multiplayer match and start your lifetime of undead barbecues. HOO BOY, THAT WAS A LOT! If you were to ask me to pick my favorite plant, then it would be Sunflower 100%.

Personally I think Snapdragon is the best character in the game. I've gotten several 30 kill games of Team Vanquish as him. I started playing GW2 again and the only thing I missed about this game was Snapdragon.

swag master he has an upgrade called hailtosis, which gives him extra splash damage. This means he can do 50 damage for a critical hit, which is hardly bad. Also, grody goop combined with dirt bath can shred groups of zombies. You might be thinking of gw2 chomper

And unless the enemies are all standing close enough so that you can catch them all with the grody goop, you will be shot down by their teammates when you go in for the kill

I Never played battle for neighborville BUT i am a massive PvZ fan of over 10 years of experience. I think Nightcap would be number one for Population of most famous but overall nightcap needs a bit of skill. Nightcap has low HP which is meh. Snowflower has an insane recharge for m1 nightcap not has much. Problem with the acorn is kinda a big target you’re an insanely massive target like nightcap could RUSH through you without you even having a clue (I am totally fine with your charting and option) I mostly agree with you.. Peashooter jumps so high it’s not even funny. If you get your hands in a sticky situation with an experienced fighter with peashooter it’s like OP! A nightcap spammer that spams m1 just oh jeez Snap dragon is most annoying due to its 175 HP 😂 This a bit of my option :) corn is just let’s move on haha. Rose it’s pretty good it’s Meh (this my option) rose needs insane skill i believe cactus is also kinda meh The orange guy has a force field is good but he’s a support unit but he can’t really attack

A lot of characters aren’t OP. Exactly, sunflower gets one tapped by a single solider bomb. The point is to quickly kill it to leave the team unhealed. But shade caps trap move legit is agony, to use and fight because you get ruined by every move after (IE chili bomb resin bomb corn bomb sniper bolt snap dragon fire)

Hidden ability for halitosis: when you hit an enemy with slobber shot you deal extra dmg with halitosis on. Perfect for imps and snipers to make them run away at low hp

The only character I would change is Rose and her upgrade. 12 dmg per bullet with homing is insane. If you jinx, your dmg will be 15, 18 a crit. Thorns apart gives you a free 125 dmg if you're patient enough. Also, you can have thistle missile with Thorns apart. Both gonna be in S teir for me personally.

Yeah, as a support main when I played this game, can confirm that Sunflower is insane. I got a 10k heal game with 25 vanqs. This game was a long Turf Takeover. Also Wildflower and TV head was a terrible addition as they are very annoying. Triangle ability always instakills most characters and it sucks Edit: Sunflower with the reciprocal heal and lifesteal attacks was very OP to go against and use

I know no ones gonna care about this comment since the vid is old now but here's what I think: I agree Rose isn't very good in my opinion, or I'm just bad at playing her. She is called support, but she doesn't feel like support to me, she kinda feels like a week offensive character to me. I think normal Kernel Corn is good or low solid, he has low health, but he can do a lot of damage. His abilities if used right can be very strong. Chomper I agree is good, to me he's always been a kinda meh in all the games, but I'm not very good at him. He's very unique though. I think he can be solid if the player is good with him, he requires a lot of skill to play. I don't have the Rose upgrade so yeah. Citron I fully agree, hes a good tank with his shield, I personally prefer him in this game a bit more than GW2 Citron. Cactus I think is high solid or low annoying. I think he's been improved a lot, and he's best in this game. He is good without sniping since he is automatic, and his sniping is very good. The garlic is a bit slower then GW2, but you can zoom in to make it easier to hit people. The garlic's ability I think is better than the GW2 airstrike, easier to hit people with. Kernel Corn upgrade I think is solid, but I'm personally mixed with it. I love the shield, but I don't like the way he shoots. When I think Kernel Corn I think, fast fire that can apply pressure and kill quickly, not slow, slightly higher damage. I agree, even though I am a Peashooter main myself, he can be annoying with his jumps, especially with his new hover ability. I think in all games he's pretty decent. Nightcap is soooo annoying, but she's not OP or anything, so yeah I agree. Her middle ability is so hard to escape, it can kill a lot of people. Snapdragon is probably my secondary, and yeah I do agree his fire breath has a bit too much range. His abilities are decent, and he's a good mix between close range with his breath and abilities, and mid range with his zoom in shots. Sunflower is OP, her left ability is really good for healing herself quickly, and she's still pretty strong. 1 or 2 Sunflowers in a group of other plants can heal people and themselves very quickly. Acorn itself I don't think is too OP, it's mainly his Oak. Acorn is small but if your aim is good you can still hit him, and he isn't too strong. His Oak has lots of health, great abilities, and if someone is riding the Oak they can heal him, which is super OP. A Oak and someone riding him makes garden ops a walk in the park, even in higher difficulties. I think he is most OP in the game. Wildflower I think is just annoying. His armour ability is good but you won't be able to use it much unless you are camping next to a pot, following a AI or met up with another wildflower, which doesn't happen to me much. His primary weapon is decent, the spawn bucket is good I guess, and his melee ability is a nice touch, he's the only plant that has a melee attack. His middle ability is probably the most OP thing, but I'd still say he's annoying. Probably no one is gonna read all of this but I just wanted to share my opinion, even if only 1 or 2 people read it. And for my third comment, I would like to point out that the corn's legendary upgrade ruins his purpose! His purpose is to run in and gun in! He is best played aggressively and using his abilities to get in close or fallback and be a good team leader! Sure the upgrade makes him a better leader, but it also weakens him as a aggressive attacker!

The counters that I think would do pretty good against oak wood would be engineer and electric slide in my opinion. Engineer because of the damage, electric slide because the electric damage would bounce to the acorn passengers of there are any.

Even if I play more with peeshooter , i agree that sometime , peeshooter is really a bouncy pea but if the pea doesn't bounce, that not a good pea but yeah they can be really annoying 😅 for Citron yeah , his shield is maybe powerful but that because he is a tank, he is haven't have a powerful shield, he would become a juice on the battlefield 😂 but yeah i think ,in my opinion, Rose is the character for the horde of zombies when there are a lot of zombie in the same area , the fact that she can just turn then into goat (even if the wizard can end that) is just powerful, even for a short time . She can be useful with other plant around because of her abilities. But yeah i think cactus is a girl , the cactus voice sound like she is a women (i don't really know myself X) ). But en anyway, i agree with your tier list, i would chance nothing , but the super sonic sunflower, never meet one that would be fun to see one 😂

Problem w citron is people are trying to shoot with him. One citron is useless. Pairs of two, up front shield breaks, or about to break, sprint roll hop over to in front blast em w stun pull up shield, back citron fire, as soon as you see shield come up blast stun then use laser once laser is done, rinse and repeat. Great team for arena too, 2 citron, 1 corn/pea/drag, and a sunflower. Stay in formation, stay behind shield.

@@RedheadGaming tbh I think citron should be in op his beam can melt anything it touches with the juiced upgrade the spin dash destroys imps and can kill them when they are about to go in a mech plus the em-peach can have an upgrade that stuns you for EVEN LONGER, leaving you more time to melt them with the lazer his primary aswell has quite high dps on its own and its great when some imp is running a marathon to get away and his shield.... it could block a flipping nuculear bomb and help when you try and heal. I def think he deserves op tier much more than wildflower personally

I had to pause video for a comment. You had said you didn't know where or what rose is good for or something similar. Opinion time.. Rose, support, Rose is an indispensable support character. 2 of the best uses for Rose, in turf takeover, if a formation is used, arcane enigma can be used to quickly avoid high damage attacks/attacks that normally devastate plants around the cart and to keep the cart moving even when covered by poison. 2nd useful in all modes but extra good in turf takeover and battle arena, Roses ability to interrupt/prevent abilities being used. For anyone who is wondering how, goatify. Equipping the upgrades that extend goat form duration and arcane enigma duration the more plants inside area and refreshing revive make Rose a super support character. To be fair to my zombie bros, when teams are stacking rose to enigma the cart non stop there is something you can do to make their plan flop. Wizards zeelixer will end arcane enigma.

I’ll say that sunflower is hundred percent broken and chomper. peashooter is really not annoying because you just really hide and then you win, nightcap is not annoying because everyone just spams ability’s. Snapdragon I don’t have a problem with him it’s just that people use blue flame ball thing to get a kill or run cause people try to run from it. Citron he is easy to counter because everyone doesn’t use him right, basically they fight and when there low heath they just use shield. All I really do is block ability’s and when there over I just ram or fight back. cactus, only problem is she/he is a team class not a solo class like captain deadbruh, many reasons both ability’s or used for running that’s bad considered he’s a sniper which have 💯 heath.corn he’s kinda overpowered but not really its because of the PLAYERS they tend to waste rainbows stars for there favourite thing candy- NO shogun guard because “It’s a upgrade of there favourite character” 🌽 corn 🌽 only real reason they use shogun guard to fight in close range when in reality it’s for far range they just DONT USE IT RIGHT. rose not really over powered but still a good character to level if your bored, anyway rose same with corn but not that bad they stick behind to charge up for the surprise attack only problem they stick to far back they help there team to charge u- actually nevermind you get the point rose is good character people who use her is problem because stick behind wait till full then have free kill. Ngl I love Snapdragon. He was my first character that I got to Grandmaster 5 however I can agree with you. He is really annoying lol. These days I've been playing alot of Battle Arena and most of the time I get put on Zombies (which is good because Im better with zombies) and I do really good but if I see one Snapdragon I already know that Im gonna lose. I literally have only found 1 counter for him and that is using the Imp. Since Snapdragon turns around slower than most characters if you use gravity grenade and move around the gravity grenade Snapdragon won't be able to hit you! And most of the time when gravity grenade ends you most likely would of killed him already lol.
