Great video ifishares, but i think you forgot a really important thing, which is the fact that GP has a bigger variety of sample pack oils that bring the price at the same level of PP (for example you can buy the 6 50ml bottle pack, and you’ll pay the same PP oils amount)

Does anyone have experience with Tom Ford Neroli Portofino?

I prefer GP's 10 ml sample packs. I have a cupboard full of EDP bottles I have made and aged. I had bought many 2ml - 10ml decants and use droppers to fill those. That's how I have so many fragrances. I had also gotten fixative chemicals to make notes last longer on skin (naturals). Next step...sprayer bottles lol

I give Perfume Parlour and Generic equal status as i have had hits and the odd miss. For example PPs oil version of Elysium is lovely and lasts. Generics version of Chanel allure homme au extreme is spot on. However i smelt their millesime imperial oil sample and made an order when the order arrived i tested it and it wasn't millesime imperial. I emailed Generic but didn't get a reply. That was months ago. Overall i have purchased from both and will continue to do so, i currently checking out the Perfume People. Their Green Irish Tweed is very impressive.

It all depends, but my colleague came into work a few days ago and filled the damn work space with creed aventus, literally everywhere he walked it was aventus and it smelt divine. He said he uses oil and got it from scentlibrary. Gonna deffo give those guys a try.

I find that all the note's don't come through in fragrance oil's as there's no alcohol to separate them. There usually quite linear in smell.
@SomeRandomName9999992 жыл бұрын
I had the same experience, but if you are willing to go through the extra trouble and cost, mix the oils with alcohol and turn them into sprays. Works wonders

Interesting video. I havent heard of either company but as of late my interest in perfume oils has grown. On a side note I got the swiss arabian artisian CPO sampler and Magnus is an extremely smooth and pleasant Aventus clone. So much so I almost instantly disliked my CDNIM.

Thanks for shearing Man! have recently gained more and more interest in oil perfumes, purchased 5 different oud arabian oil perfumes from GP., some are discreet others have better performance, the overall I am satisfied, but one thing arouses my curiosity, is that there is no description of what they oilperfumes / The oud-oil perfume consists of for the oud kind, neither the notes, nor the mixture if it is 20-30% crude oil, etc., nor about what is synthetic in these ??? ?

@testthetest39945 жыл бұрын
Issue with perfume oils is the oil. They don't blend good. They have the smell yes, but it too chemical I'm back to sprays and swiss Arabian is the best if you want affordable high quality and lasting scent. They don't let down. Affordable in Europe. They are expensive in USA Shaghaf oud = lancome oud bouquet Shaghaf oud abyad = Amouage interlude Attar al ghuttra = Tom ford ombre/Tuscan leather mix

Bryant Worley man I had bought oil in past and it last on my clothes for 50 hours atleast. It project so much that first time every person I met keep asking what u wearing, only problem was it comes in 6 ml bottle. So it didn’t last over 2-3 months. Also I use to rub it on my clothes and I don’t rub lot. The one I had was from Indian company and called them attar ( which means fragrance in their language). It was made by company called aerochem. Hope I answer some part, lemme know when u bought some oil based later on here 👍🏼

I bought 4 perfumes 2.5gm on their site "Generic Perfumes" for the first time There are two fragrances that have not been completely filled, and there is a noticeable lack of them "haute luxe A++" and "Amber Aoud Crystal" Roja! Knowing that the FedEx shipping costs I paid are expensive ! no response from them ! I'm still disappointed
