Basically the same place I learned how to do that (got walled by Lil' Bro on the Ruse Cruise). Honestly didn't expect this hack to be legitimately difficult and went with the brick brain tactic of "spam strong moves until you win" until that completely stopped working. I've never used entry hazards in my life before Clover, nor Baton Pass. But once I worked out that I could setup every difficult fight with rocks/spikes, swap to Memento, and then Baton Pass chain a retarded amount of stat buffs to my sweeper, I felt like a genius. Thank god they gave almost nobody Taunt or Rapid Spin.

From a few nuzlockes. Names of Pokemon might be off, I don't remember most of them that well, lol. You should be able to figure out who I mean. Brock: Kind of a lottery, that's how early games are. If you can get the Kurawn or Armando he's easy. If you get Pikotton, and don't get anything to fight him, skipping him is actually a good idea. Tumblrita: Either you have a couple of key encounters, or it's going to be a bloodbath. This is the final resting place of many of the trash early pokemon, like Memeow, or Gampster. Free if you got Pikotton. Guy: Once you have a plan for Ribbizap, the rest is easy. If you don't... Ironically, Pikotton also makes this one free. Pikotton is so good, holy shit. Snoop: I have found that almost no team I've ever had here can answer to everything. Marleyzard or Marionettl ends up screwing over every team. Gale Wings, Acrobatics Corooster is the best pokemon for it that I've found. Freddie: Borderline free. Lossolith can sometimes encounter/stat check you, but it's actually pretty easy to stall out if you need to. Kanye: very swingy. If you have one or two good pokemon for him it's free, but Ebolable can go nuts if you don't have an answer for it. Polk: Kinda weird. His team is a bit hard to pivot around, lots of good and oddball coverage, and Florigrace really holds his team down. If you're willing to aggressively sac pokemon though, he struggles to regain momentum. Darude: If you have an answer for Galavire and Galaviste, you'll be fine. If you don't... bloodbath. Those pokemon go so goddamn hard. Brock (Skipped): Honestly pretty free. By this point, there are a number of pokemon that absolutely break his team down. The only reason I don't reccomend skipping him by default is that doing so makes Tumblrita harder. Bavi: I hope you went to Grindhaus for the training montage arc. You can assemble a pretty terrifying dream team by this point... but Bavi has some pokemon that hit HARD. Losing one to a random crit isn't uncommon. Coldsteel: Goryanus is a terrifying monster, and there are only a few things in the entire game that can handle it. I consider Goryanus one of the best pokemon in the game for the E4 rematch, for reference. This thing ripping apart your team is a tragic, but not uncommon event. He's absolutely wrecked by Spookzilla, though, which is a near guaranteed encounter by this point. Broly: Ez. Broly is honestly less threatening than his gym trainers. Durkholme: Very encounter dependant. If he gets momentum he's hard to stop, having something with a great matchup against him is essential Nomel & Bro: Just don't kill Birdouse, bro. Ben: Hardest of the Elite 4, and the reason Oburanyxo is really the only Ebin starter choice. Oburanyxo wrecks him hard. Otherwise, getting clean fights with him is almost impossible, which sets up a bad precedent. Ginosaji: Very encounter dependant. If you have things that can outspeed or survive Spilefree and Spookzilla, and avoid being checkmated by Unjoy or Sprucifex, he's free. If you don't, Spilefree and Spookzilla are absolute bastards. Tyrone: uwottm8? Utter joke, absolutely free, I have never lost anything to him, even after Ben and Gino shredded my team. Saxton: Potentially scary, absolutely needs a plan for Galaviste and Farfigtron. Catching a bad switch in, or running out of total HP can make this one crumble at the last second though. Champ: Understanding that her theme is extreme bulk makes her much easier. Toxic absolutely shuts her down, and can sometimes bug out her AI, too, as she keeps switching out nearly dead pokemon. I've never gotten through her deathless, but only wiped once, which was more because I got worn down before her. Stump: The real final boss, Stump goes harder than the entire elite 4. I have wiped more to Stump than anyone else. Metal Slug: Alahu Lizackbar! The Real Final Boss: You need a plan for Clovenix. Honestly the rest of his team isn't so bad. If you're RNJesus and have both a Spookzilla and a Goryanus, he literally just dies. 2spooky4me. Scytill is probably the best answer to Clovenix if you're okay with legendaries, Gale Wings Corooster otherwise. Corooster will probably die. Masuda: The real, real final boss. Pretty easy to convince to retire. Just have a plan for Militant.

She's actually a very well designed gym leader. She trashes all three of the starters, and Sjwhale is an absolute tank that you're unlikely to get through with just one pokemon anyways, meaning the gym demands that you catch other pokemon, and learn how the exp curve works. There's plenty of options for her gym, but you have to find them.

​@@yodenheim647When it was a Nauseon, it did generally well against most trainers. Then it evolved and helped take down Guy's Pikotton. Ebolable went on to solo Snoop's Marionettl. It carried the battle against Freddie by setting up two Toxic Spikes against the screens Ayylamo. Couldn't do much against Polk except for shredding Florigrace apart. Didn't come out against Darude because I had Mimimie and Sprucifix. So yeah Ebolable is definitly one of my favorite Clovermons, highly recommend the Ebola-chan's pet
