@Austin Igert the levels are built around the exp share unlike x and y which just make you overleveled if you use it. my first playthrough of sword i ended up being underleveled for leon and it was one of the best champion fights i’ve had at all. i always hate how everyone assumes the exp share ruins things because of what happened with X and Y, but really they just learned from that and made it so tedious grinding like in the older gens isn’t a necessity to stand a chance any more

I really want to get this DLC. The music sounds so good and I've heard good reviews about it. I've been trying to see as little as possible about it cause I want it to be more of a surprise to me. Edit: I finally bought it after a year, it's amazing!

I have a feeling that Gamefreak was listening when lots of people said that Leon was easy for them to beat in the main story, and that's why they deliberately made Mustard so difficult when making the Isle of Armor.

Literally the ones who already completed the game had it dificult by leveling kubfu i did and when i was training him i was really forming a bond with him then when i could finally beat mustard on the water tower literally it took me the whole weekend to defeat him i felt so proud of kubfu even gamefreak put some effort on the way kubfu and the player celebrate with the high 5

Initially, I thought Sword and Shield were a bit disappointing music wise. Sure, there was the gym theme, hop's second theme, and the battle tower, but otherwise I was underwhelmed after sun and moon. The DLC changed my mind, to put it lightly.
