Noni doesn't know how. He hasn't had the same level of football education that he would have had coming through our academy. Dion Rankin, our academy equivalent who plays on the same side of the pitch (also from Barnet) has played successfully in what must be 5 different positions for Exeter City this season. I know it's lower level but Noni (who I love) has never been given the footballing education to be able to do that. Equally Omari Hutchinson. He's been a: striker, assistant and orchestrator for Ipswich this season and is on the verge of dragging them into the Prem. Without Omari Ipswich are QPR. We will have some big decisions on that side of the pitch before next season starts.

Let's hope for Mudryk (not my first choice) and Jackson to improve on both ends, finishing well with intelligent on/off ball decisions. Madeuke and Palmer huge roles in finding runners in scoring positions. Possibly 3 at back and midfield with Cucurella in his new inverted role. Relying on Gallagher and Caicedo to run the midfield and disrupt Tottenham's chances. Petrović brings his shot stopping A game, especially on first post. Chalobah steps up as a former captain to fill Silva's boots. Patient first half. Followed by a disruptive second half. Chelsea 2:1.

I said this on the previous upload: Our U21's have a VERY VERY important PL2 KNOCKOUT match against Brighton tomorrow. I would argue that that match is actually MORE important to us Chelsea fans than the Spurs match. The reason I say that is this: At the end of the season we're going to be left feeling pretty miserable. The team will be no better off than last season, the manager's job will be up in the air, we might even end up breaking spending rules, the values of some of our expensive signings will have crashed, some of our favourite players might be up for sale, players / coaches might not want to join us. Things might end up looking really depressing at the end of the season. But, if our U21s and U18s by skill and good fortune win their respective leagues, at least we will know there's hope on the horizon. A sort of insurance that we can rebuild our squad into something great. Our U18s are 1 point from being champions with about 3 matches to go. Our U21 made it into the PL2 playoffs finishing 4th after a terrible start to the campaign. It's possible we can finish this season with hope in our hearts. If Poch plays the likes of Davide Washington instead of leaving him to prepare for tomorrow he will be committing an act of longterm harm on our club.

Injuries have screwed us over this season. With 13 first team players out injured surely our medical team have some questions to answer. Doesn't read nice that some of the frequently injured players who left in the summer- RLC, Pulisic, Kante etc- appear to have been fit, playing 30 games or more at their new clubs. The women's team have had several high profile injuries as well- literally no strikers- Sam Kerr- out for the season. Her replacement, Mia Fisher is also out for the season. Her own replacement, Maya Ramirez is injured as too as is Lauren James.

Bro to be real we dont have enough coaching to win games like this we just dont press good enough and poch has no ideas he just watches it go south...galladog isnt a good defender energy conservation equals high IQ he doesn't understand time and place which is why he useless late in games...vs villa 72 minute should hae been 3-1 a horrible team press and galladog and caicedo got skipped and left done two average midtable players...badia hasnt lived up to his wonderkid status he got at #22 in 2019 and once again our medical team is roman era staff...the easiest way to beat this team is target galladog of you can manipulate him to leave spaces you win and out of possession press him or allow him the ball as hes slow and will allow you to setup defensively....its easy to double palmer with players like galladog and caicedo they offer nothing special thats our problem...cant believe a midtable 2yr midtable loser like galladog is getting a banner 71 fouls this yr leads the league less assist than gusto with 10 less games hes a scrub its embarrassing to cfc...poch and his star boy need to go asap ✌

Connor isn't an attacking midfielder. He's a cdm at heart being played to far forward. The guy is all about running and winning the ball back. But we bought caicedo and pushed him forward into a more attacking role which he simply can't do

Carney, Santos and Lavia are way more suited for ball carrying and actually beating press. Even Casaide doesn't have the best touch however he glides through midfield. In the few moments Conor receives from CB and tries to turn he always crashes onto opposition players, no spatial awareness whatsoever. No amount of protest and Poch politics will work, his fate is sealed he's done hence why we bought Lavia. Here for the residual Mount tears that fell on Conor & pure💰
