This is my hometown lol. Whenever I'm cycling home from school and I pass by the Philips factory, I always look up towards the top of the building where you use the german sniper post. So fucking sureal to play the game and see the actual locations in real life too.

For me , it was already bad in 2008. Looks like a PS2 remastered game. Between this, Far Cry 2 and COD World at War, (from the same year) it feels like diferent generations (almost)

Bruh, i played this game not long after watching band of brothers 10 years ago... BOY REWATCHING IT gives such a feeling of missing BiA i was worried the graphics aged poorly, WRONG. Still very underhated. RIP another franchise on EA's cemitary.

I love this mission. The sadness and confusion in Baker's face, the bombing and destruction of the city really catches the ww2 vibes. The chemistry between characters are just so good as well

Yes, but I think most of the 'groundwork' was done in the first game. The research, training, travel, maps, time and money spent to create these games was remarkable; a labor of love and passion for the young developers.

I remember liking the concept 💡 of combing strategy with first person-shooter game, as in a squad based game. My first two experience was a ps2 game swat global strike team, and medal of honor European assualt. Both had squad leadership based shooter and personality i wish to see more of this in future games 🎮. Fallout series from fallout 3, New vegas, and fallout 4 had a soft version of this. So there is alot of potential for this type genre especially since video game A.I. can be highly improve but then again it can be poorly done by greedy video game industries. 😕

Company of Heroes: Opposing Fronts has a Market Garden campaign too (play as the German side, however). But I'd recommend you to play it with either 'Immersion 1944' mod or 'Europe at War' mod.

Soke, Is Hell's Highway the best of this three game series? That depends on personal preference. Road to Hill 30 and Earned In Blood are both very good, exciting and well worth it. EIBlood is the most challenging of the three and for that reason I think it is the best. Hoping you get and play the first two games. T.

because it means you are out of cover and usually die pretty quick lol so its just not needed most of the time

Some people criticize the cover system in HHwy; you can't use the 'iron's, it's not as authentic as the first two games which don't have it, etc. It makes the game less challenging than the first two games. Hell's Highway is fantastic but playing it before the first two games could spoil you. Hill 30 is the place to start. Earned In Blood is by far the most difficult.

HONEST REVIEW Pro: Sound Con: Controls(very slow and robotic), Replay value, Story(stupid missions), Can't skip most cut scene, Terrible voice acting, Storm Trooper Ally(1enemy kill throughout the whole game), Enemy AI are sharpshooter(even with pistol), Can't Jump, Can't Prone, Hit box and Hit detection is CRAZY wide/clunky(you can't even walk over rumbles or a piece grass), Weapon layout are some of the stupidest I've seen for a modern FPS. A lot of frustration than enjoyment. I can't even recommend this terrible game, not sure what all the praise is about. Operation Flash Point would be a better version of this game

I appreciate your review... To be honest, this game is not like your "typical action shooting games".... It's just strategic games where you are the commander, not that realistic, but not that action-packed like CoD..... The story is amazing to be honest, if you follow the series from RTH 30 to HH.... This game is showing the true horror of war, like Spec Ops The Line.... Even the US and German soldiers in this game is just human, not supersoldier like portrayed in other game.... The ending also bittersweet and realistic, everything has price.... Not good, but not bad either.... So that's why this game is one of my favorite.....

Also this is not modern FPS, it's really old... Only the graphics is so good that it can compete with today normal FPS.... If you seek for enjoyment, play Arma, Squad, and/or Insurgency, that's better for you.... This game is more like some anti-war game, so you ended up being frustrated and fucked up instead of enjoying it
