What really bugs me about these unfinished builds of the game is how bad the AI seems to be. Did they plan to finish how the AI behaves at the last minute or something? You would think that would be a very important feature, having a functioning AI, in a game that was supposed to be a good offline experience. I mean, they managed to get the AI to at least do stuff in BF2 from 2005, so all this gameplay we see of BF3 just seems shallow in comparison.

They had completed 80% of the game content, that means the assets and basic functions, you can see that there are lot of placeholder sounds and voices, the ai and mechanics are going to be tested with alpha and beta builds
