I agree. The EOS R looks the best and it's the smallest one. I have a bad back so the smaller the better!

You know I agree with you. And I bought the Canon EOS R right after it was released and absolutely love the camera. But I don't know if you remember back when the 6D Mark II came out the same thing happened!

Why would anyone bother buying a 1Dx mark lll to shoot 1080? It's strength is 4k 10bit log files or RAW.

As someone who uses all 3, I'll add my experience. Differences are less noticeable with good light, but will stand out in mixed lighting conditions, harsh light, or high dynamic range scenes. It's in these conditions the 1dx pulls ahead with smoother highlight rolloff, less color shift, more dynamic range, easier grading in post etc. But for 8 bit 1080 in good light, they're very close. Like a Ferrari and Toyota both cruising at 60mph. Differences become obvious when you start pushing them.

Don't forget to mention the Canon Eos RP.. I believe sensorwise it had the same sensor as a 6D Mark II and the Canon EOS R had the same sensor as the 5D Mark 4. Like I previously stated I have the Canon EOS R and I am patiently awaiting the Canon EOS R5

I got my EOS R a couple months ago. I'm glad for the firmware updates it's had for that made it the bargain of the year. The combination of lens compatibily itself gave me the option to have 2 perfectly reversible camera kits with the 70D. Yes, we all might have 2 or 3 things that we don't like about the camera. That comes with every camera. That's why the perfect camera doesn't exist. But this is one step closer to it. Thank you for making videos on the EOS R, it makes me sleep better knowing I bought into a good system. Much love ❤️

I've got the ND filters for the mavic 2 pro from Pgytech and in my unit the ND 16 is bad.It dont cut the 4 stops that suppose to. Anyone have the same issue?

I personally think the skin tones and colors are a little off on the EOS R compared to former models. And this is from owning the 70D, 5Diii, EOSR. Better quality than the former ones but color a tad different.

Just picked up a slightly used 6D ii for $1200 with a lens. I had the original 6D a few years ago, so the added flip screen and autofocus on the mark ii is awesome. Such a good KZbin camera and pretty good photo camera 👊🏼

I’m trying to decide between 1DX Mk3 and R5. I usually shoot events, so people dancing & moving fast in darkness. With my 6D, 5 out of 10 shots are blurred & can’t use them. If money is not an issue, which one do u think is better?

The RP is worth a mention, since has the newer processor with the 6D II sensor, slightly better 1080p and slightly different colours, but it looks lot closer to the R (while being even cheaper)

Had both the 6d mark ii and EOS R, EOS R video is heaps better, but photos are fairly even with the 6d being ever so slightly better i found. As to the size and body, i like the 6D better, but then I don't have tiny hands.

@@RoninNYC it is a good camera and can take awesome shots. The video is still good, but you need to keep it to 24 or 30 fps, at 60fps the quality is noticeably less. If lighting and smoothness is maintained the video is okay. It may also need a little sharpening.

Rage mode on! Dude - that 1DX3 kills the other two in tracking fast action. Maybe not for talking head vids, but i think your testing is too small. Test it more and under real-world conditions. I know, that ain’t easy, but the truth sometimes requires more effort. Rage mode off. :)
