Nope. E gates or anything that flies to the US is called the transborder area. You clear US immigration after check-in, so those lounges are already technically the US, & then arrive into US airports through domestic arrivals. The non-US/Canada departures area or D gates is what's called international. The Air Canada lounge there has a buffet, a bar, and an actual sit-down restaurant section.

The maple leaf lounge is for their crazy fans. They are just happy to be eating anything that's associated with the maple Leafs, lol
