Okay, I'm going to say it. You should have just let all the Jedi attack at once. Making them goes in waves just cheapens the victory for the archers. Even if the Jedi won, would have been more interested to see how many Jedi out of 10K the archers could kill then watch this- this just felt like it was set up to make the Jedi lose a fight they might have won.

Put 5,000 on each access point to the mountain top and have them stand in defense. They should kill all attackers with very little loss on the defenders' part.
