These two schools are the talk of time, and for good reason. Karr High School for close to a decade has been a awesome band program in the city is always the top amongst their peers.
Carver High School has gotten an resurgence in the past few years. Thanks to the Head Director, they have quickly rose as one of the premiere bands in the city.
