I think a fun variation of this game would be what I think some people refer to as an "Assassin" game mode. Just to explain what I mean, basically each participant gets the name of one other participant. It's your job to 'assassinate' your target without being caught and upon killing your target, you take up their target. So on and so forth until only one remains. So basically the same thing, but no teams, and you're restricted to who you can kill.

Or perhaps even a Trouble in Terrorist Town variant, instead of the photos being sent to the group chat, they are sent directly to the mediator/the christian who then messages the group chat with who has been killed. The rules of TTT then convert over pretty well.

Sam Hudson Im fairly certain the idea for this sort of game has existed for a while before assassin's creed in the form of a sort of summer camp game. Some play it using just tagging, or armbands, or even flag football flags. Truth be told I don't know which came first, I just know it exists.

I had fun watching this, but sometimes rapid cuts and bad quality of footage really got me confused. Next time this could use similar to Node editing with HUD and highlights :)

Ok you guys should really make an app out of this. Shouldn't be too hard to develop. I only see 3 features that you'll need to focus on. Access to camera with easy zoom and shutter buttons, ability to invite others via text or in-game invites even, and a chat section with a moderator to determine who is out. The moderator can look at photos taken (right when you press the shutter button it sends it to the chat immediately) and has access to locking players out and reviving them if they find him/her. When a player is out, the camera switches to selfie mode and says "find the moderator!!" With a countdown timer of 1 minute. I can go on, but I think that's a good start.

9:25 Cmike, I'm dyslexic and when I was growing up, my public school couldn't teach me how to read (there are techniques to teach people with dyslexia the skills needed to read, like Orton-gillingham) and for a long time I couldn't read chapter books, let alone Harry Potter. I feel the same way with the intimidation of other kids powering through these books, and it just left me kind of bitter to it all. But it turns out I LOVE fantasy and magic and mystery and all that, but most of that stuff was in big books. I am SO HAPPY audiobooks are becoming more common with quality voices and variety. It makes it so much easier to consume and get immersed in these stories (without it taking 10 thousand years to finish the story.)

You can't patent something like this. Even if they released an app tomorrow anyone could make the exact same thing perfectly legally. Either way they already have asked the community if anyone wants to help them create it and if so to contact them. They probably will make an app eventually but it's not something they can patent and it's not something they can stop anyone else from copying.

Little late but... the butter beer at Universal is dairy free. You have to use 1 1/3 cup water, 1 cup Marshmallow Creme, 1 envelope Dream Whip, 2 tbsp powdered sugar, 1/8 tsp salt, 3/4 tsp butter flavoring, 1/2 tsp vanilla extract, and 1/4 tsp caramel extract to get the topping. The "beer" portion is just chilled A&W Cream Soda. 1. Combine water and marshmallow creme in a bowl - microwave for 30 secs then stir until creme is dissolved - then refrigerate for 1hr. 2. Add dream whip to bowl; mix for 30 secs (immersion blender works best). 3. Add powdered sugar and salt to bowl; mix for 30 secs. 4. Add butter flavoring, vanilla and caramel extracts to bowl; mix until just combined. Store your butter beer foam covered in the refrigerator. 5. Pour cream soda in a glass, leaving room at top for butter beer foam. 6. Using the blender (or a crap ton of effort with a whisk) mix the foam until large bubbles form, spoon 3-4 tbsp of foam on top of cream soda. 7. Enjoy.

I think the game would be more interesting with: There are no eliminations. Winner is the player/Team with the most or all other players/teams photographed. Heck as long as the photo gallery keeps track of exact time taken of the photo you dont need a text feed. Just a time limit.
