Battle! Subway Beast Emmet (UPDATED)

hey!! it's been almost a year since i made the original, and i thought hey, let's update my first work with the bw2 soundfont since i've gotten a lot more experience since then! we get a little panning now too so, the headphoned experience? way better.
i've sort of moved my focus off of submas content but they're still very important to me !!

Emmet, while searching for Ingo, stumbled upon the ultra wormholes. In search of answers, and desperate for any clues, he goes through one. The player and hau are asked to find him and bring him back. This is the state they find him in.

oh jeez, imagine a double battle that ends with you having to actually fight this man. or worse, imagine a recovering ingo finding his man in white being a literally toxic alien fusion.

Idk how to explain how perfect this is. Like the way that you have the ever so strong layer that you hear of the ultra beast, being not just creepy, but the only thing you can hear at first glance. Only if you listen carefully and ignore the ultra best layer, you can hear emmets actual theme playing, but besides the fact that it’s faint, the real kicker is that it’s barley there in the first place. You only hear the first or second notes of each new note in the theme showing how the full thing has degraded to its bare necessities, which ofc emmet would be in this situation. He is barely emmet, as the ultra beast consumes him. The use of emmets original theme also helps in that the only thing you hear for it the hole time is the base, the really fast beat that shows not only he is in a intense situation, but allows for the ultra beast layer and motifs to be more slow (as it is not in danger) and keeping the creepy feel to it. Not to mention the lusaimine part (1:18)you hear where hear the music build up like in her ultra beast theme, but still keeping this ultra beast creepy theme and having it be at the same time as the emmets theme build up aswell is so well coordinated and makes it so satisfying. Finally have the horns only play half way through is super cool, cause then it adds to the intensity, making me think that either emmet is fighting back more (gaining control and so his theme showing through more) or that he’s much more desperate (whatever his goals are). Even the beginning is so cool! Cause you hear in the background the normal battle start, but held back in a way, and slowly but suddenly you have these sudden sounds thrown at you, and they start getting more and more until it feels like it’s too much. Then it stops, the battle theme (emmets) it’s able to actually start, but instead of going up in notes, it goes down and you suddenly notice that the sound itself sounds out of a sci fi movie. The beat comes in the save it, but even the guitar isn’t the same electrified ready to go excitement it was before, it’s base, beging deeper and more dreadful. The entire beging does an amazing job making you feel like everything is wrong and somehting is going to happen. Also final thing (I’m sorry I’m writing so much I just had to get all my thoughts down) the fact that once that dreadful beginning ends, it’s one of the only times you can more easily hear emmets theme (while still sounding a bit wrong) but it suddenly stops by a note getting higher and higher out of the blue, stealing a bit of the comfort you had and throwing it out of the window. Around 1:10 sounds really cool (idk if it’s intentional or not) but it sounds like the note gets repeated almost glictch like) and it makes me think that it’s so wrong that this is happening it’s breaking either time or space, or just the ultra worm whole in general is wrong, idk I gives a giratina, palkia,dialga vibes BRAVO!!!

Welp.... There goes Emmet, giving into his insanity after God knows suffering from the lost of his brother And here I have a scenario of this in my mind so (Cringe, Inaccurate lore and bad grammar warning!): Probably sometime Ingo was again transported to another place, usually ended up what it seems to be a some kind of an alien vibe to it of this place, confused and lost, he noticed that he's not in Hisui so he basically tried to fina a way to get back. Or so he thought, he encounters what it seems to be... His doppelganger? Or more so likely his twin brother, Emmet himself, Ingo, seemingly still have no recollection but have a deja Vu feeling that he met or even knew this man, so he call Emmet. As he did that, Emmet turn and to see Ingo, still in his subway boss outfit that is bit raggy and ripped, he quickly tried to approach and hug him but Ingo refused and Emmet was confused, he tried to tell him that he, himself, is his brother, he even told everything what they do together and how he was very worried for him, trying to recall who Ingo really is... But unfortunately, it's still futile, no matter what Emmet ever said to Ingo, he still doesn't remember, Emmet was desperate, almost on the verge of breaking down in tears and yet again, trying to jog his memories, everything but it all comes with no remembrance. And so Emmet, now distraught he started to lose his patience and try again, but only met nothing at the result. At his last attempt to making his brother to remember who he was, he snapped and backing away from Ingo. Suddenly a Nihelgo flew on top of Emmet, perhaps maybe it got disturbed? Or a strong emotion was present. Ingo watched this strange pokemon or an ultra beast but he had a feeling that it's not gonna end well as it lowers itself on Emmet and began to fuse, just like Lusamine. After it is done, Ingo was now greeted by an amalgamation, a fusion of a mysterious Pokemon that he never knew about it and his twin brother, seemingly now out of control after a year of their separation. Now Emmet or Galacryptid Boss Emmet, is ready to battle against his own brother...

OH WOAH THIS IS SO COOL!!! Ah man I'm still fairly new to submas but I love the original Crashing Swerve song! I'd listen to that on repeat. But this is so effing cool! Everything I loved from the first is just amplified to 10 here! I love the addition of the creepier flourishes in the background with the bells and the piano underscoring the guitar and horns. The beginning is so much more chaotic and unnerving and AH! Man so good. I love the update to the song!

this is an incredibly late response but oh well lmao. if it’s for simple use as a bgm it’s fine! like over a drawing or maybe even like comic dub bgm is a-ok! i’m a little cagey on if people make story content from this though ngl, so if it’s this i’d ask you to refrain. i hope u understand!
