Destruct-a-thon and Proving Grounds fights are (if they get permission) uploaded by the competing teams, not by Battlebots themselves. It isn't really an event: it's their liveshow in Las Vegas and you have to be there to see them. Considering the TV show there is probably some issue with exclusivity with Discovery and/or TV/film unions (or just cost) that prevent them from filming the liveshows professionally and just uploading it to youtube, but that's just a guess.
