@@ChestOfDoom While I'm no expert, when I finish using a brush, I'll give it a vigorous rinse, wipe the excess water off on a paper towel, and then let it sit point-down in the air (so that if there _is_ any paint left, it moves off the brush instead of into the ferrule) for 5 or 10 minutes

You can try to use the flip paint on the lenses of the space marines. Makes it come Alive and looks like the marine is follow you in his lense. Just an Idea. Have never used flip paint

Lewis, you should paint your shoulderpads and some other armourplates in a diffferent coulour, possibly orange, but other colours work too. the reason your desert bases don't look right is because your models are too dull and mechanic.

A good thing that they might want to do since 40k is quite an intense game system is do a noob friendly small game where they have just enough to demonstrate to the viewers all the rules that are going on. They might even be split up into several small videos, each pertaining to a certain phase of the game such as a pre game video demonstrating picking objectives, map types exc. and the next video would be movement phase/ psychic phase and so on. That way not only could they explain the rules, but explain what they are attempting to accomplish that phase as well as other bits of insight into what they are trying. Im sure it would help viewers who do not play 40K themselves.

GW has starter kits that do exactly this, too; pre-defined scenarios, limited rulesets, incremental increases in complexity. Ultramarines vs Death Guard (the sprues are blue and green, not grey, and most models click together; so you can play almost straight out of the box).

It’s definitely Goblin Green, it just starts off a little brighter and darkens as it dries. It’s a little disconcerting at first but once you’re past that, the colours are pretty much spot on to the colours they are matching.

Were they? I thought that was pre 3rd edition as I remember my pots back in the 3rd edition all being black screw lids metallic or not, that's where our IV-13 Goblin Green shade comes from. As for anything pre 3rd edition, we've only got limited samples so far but we're expecting more soon!

if you ever need to strip paint from your models, dont listen to all the people on youtube saying use this "simple green" shit... buy a cheapo ultra sonic cleaner, and some Methylated spirits 15 mins and you will have every unit you own back to its original fresh off the sprue state. works with the old metal and old and new plastics without making the plastic soft. i dont know about resin but even if those are just a big ball of molten resin is it really a bad thing?

sororitas; lit sisterhood/sisters. Adepta (got, have, obtained (in pig latin of course, skilled)) sororitas(sisters) is the high gothic (pig latin), sisters of battle the low gothic (english). I think they swapped for other reasons as well to be honest because the adeptus mechanicus came out, and they have no cool english name, other than cogboys. (the mechanics, eh??) And they can keep the name mostly the same when regionalizing. I do think astra militarum was the weirdest one, as they changed the name to Space marines. which is confusing, though i think was meant to be a play on starship troopers. (star soldiers)

Necron lore is one of the best in 40k, though I still prefer the old version from their first Codex. So much better. I still can't forgive GW for turning the soul-eating C'tan and their Necron slaves into Tomb Kings in space. >:-(
