About the injury rolls for multi-shot weapons: Because strictly speaking you're meant to resolve shots 1 at a time (obviously nobody does cos it would take ages and be mostly pointless) I think the idea is that you do the injury rolls for all the unsaved wounds one after another, so the +1 to wound rolls applies to each successive roll. Different to the way to deal with weapons that do multiple damage with a single unsaved wound, which is the rule you used here.

When the first attack from a weapon reduces a model's wounds to 0, all other attacks from that same weapon are not resolved. The only way to roll more than one injury roll from one weapon in a round are the multi damage weapons such as missle launchers

Primarch of the Dark Angels, Lion El Johnson, is a bit of an asshole. After his second in command and adoptive daddy messes up he tells him off, and sends him home to sit on his ass and train the new recruits. He doesnt like this, trains new recruits to be bad. When the dark angels come home they shoot at each other. Fallen run away and Dark Angels dont tell anyone because the Horus Heresy just happened and they dont want to be wiped out for being dirty dirty traitors.

DCVM93 is that heresy I smell? Last I checked the Dark Angels were the most loyal of all chapters and would never try to cover up such an event, assuming that such a thing could ever even happen to such a great chapter. Which it hasn't happened.
