BF1 "Operations" mode is my most beloved multiplayer experience. It's such an emotional experience, people running away when you take a sector while your team screams and the vehicles move forward with epic music in the background. DICE definitely cooked here

The purpose of a Battlefield game is to make you FEEL like you're fighting on a battlefield. BF1 did this masterfully! BF2042 did not.

I haven't played 2042 but I heard they added named characters for normal gameplay... In battlefield you're meant to be a random soldier, no name or identity beyond what you give them while playing their (from your POV) extremely short life. Having characters with names, unique abilities, history and their own agendas (outside of story campaigns) goes against that. You're fighting a war alongside and against people just like you, you're not meant to be the one-man-army superhero.

Operations in Battlefield 1 was/is a great mode. Not sure if any of you remember when there was a bug when the end music played throughout the whole match. I really liked it. It made the match more intense

Played this game for a long time, and its one of the best games ive ever played. It also really speaks to my interest in antique and obscure weapons. The hellriegel submachinegun you used in argonne forest is the gun i despised the most back when i played the game. Everyone used it, and its just very easy to use. I´d call it the call of duty weapon back then. But i suppose it doesent excell as much on bigger/open maps. Those were the days. Think it was my first battefield honestly?

I just played in probably 6 years for the first time last night and remember instantly why I quit originally, you literally just spawn to insta death 90% of the time and the other 10% you get picked off by some sweat with a sniper across the map before you can even find a gunfight, the forest map actually plays pretty good but when I shoot someone it’s like I’m blowing them smooches and when I get hit with 2 pistol rounds I’m lights out like a 30-06 just blew my skull out

I don’t know if you mentioned this before but on the ps3 if you make a new account your levels will not safe on the old cod games. Like you can level and everything but once you close the game and comeback it will reset you to 1

When playing BF with servers browsers make sure to disable all but NA servers if you are in NA for exemple, otherwise it doesnt prioritise or wont show at all the closest servers
