I played Battlefield 3, 4, Hardline, 1 in the last 2 weeks, played online, campaign and so far Battlefield 1 is by far my favorite. No idea why people say that 3 and 4 was the best battlefield, maybe it’s nostalgia, but from the guy who’s first battlefield was 2042, battlefield 1 looks and feels better. Also like the setting of first WW1, not many games have it.

Bf3 was epic and revolutionary for its time. Bf3-4 today are a tad obsolete which is not the case of bf1. But back then it was amazing.

I absolutely loved BF1 when it came out. The whole game was an amazing experience with great gameplay and amazing visuals. I unfortunately sold my PS4 years ago but came back yesterday on PS5. Fortunately, EA saved all my experience and I could start where I ended it. I didn’t know how much I missed that game.

I joined late in the game and we were spawn trapped on this map yesterday and it was quite literally hell. Flames everywhere, enemy right against you, no way out. Trench raider helped for a short period but it was all for nothing, we lost. Quality game and glad they out the anit-cheat on it.

Dice got it so right with Bf 3 and 4. Then got it right again with that BF 1 trailer and the game got even more people into BF like me. Then dropped the ball with BF 5 they should gone back modern/slightly into future in my opinion. Epic video 👍🏻

does anyone have a problem with the game freezing? I have 40 70ti the rest is also great, ping 37 and the game still freezes, I haven't played the game for 2 years and here's something like this. I have no idea what the catch is. I would compare it to a bit like loading shields from cod, if you don't load them into the game it runs poorly but in bf 1 there is none of that. It's impossible to play :(

The server browser isn't the way to go in 2024. Quick join the game mode, and you'll get into a server, and from there on out, just go to the recent server tab if it's a popular one, of course.

BF1 wasn't my favorite, but it's definitely the " prettiest " one ..... the graphics , music , models etc etc etc are top notch ... but BF2, 3 and 4 and both BFBC's will always be my favorite ones. Nothing beats this game. For example V the weapon balance is rather poor. The movement sure, but you cannot spot, things are much harder to see, the saturation makes it look like a cartoon. The models of the characters look small. Bf2024, no need to comment. This, this however is on another level.
