I often play solos, duos, trios and quads on my livestream. I have over 700 wins in Warzone and over 1000 hours experience in every Battlefield game. The atmosphere is unmatched. No other FPS game comes even close to all out warfare in my opinion. Unfortunately I don't think we'll get a game from Dice like this ever again. I'm pretty sure Dice/EA just want to replicate COD due to the success of Warzone.

Battlefield 1 had such an incredible atmosphere. The immersion alone of this game pulled me in so deep and felt so addicting. Every moment just felt fantastic. Such a shame they didn't do this for Battlefield V with the WWII setting. I'm disappointed this didn't become the standard for the franchise in terms of atmosphere. I also loved how MW2019 pulled you in so strongly in it's atmosphere and tried to keep every addition fitting for the theme, eventhough not always realistic in MP.

BF1 was my first Battlefield and also my first FPS game. Due to the frustrating state of BF2042 I came back to this. Gladly I was able to convince some friends to give it a try and they love it. It's still a great game and a lot of fun. Sad that BF2041 couldn't even slightly scratch the level of BF1.

To me this is peak battlefield. Battlefield 4 is great in its own right, but this game has such a great feel and fantastic maps. The way the weapons work is incredible. I feel the team that created this would make a Revolutionary war Era game very very well. No other game creates the pure chaos this one does, while maintaining playability

Dice should just remake BF1 for the 10th anniversary in a new engine (graphics overhaul), with a few mechanic tweaks (like the BFV throw back grenade, crouch run, shoot flares) and change as little as possible. Add more maps and modes. Maybe remove the muromets...

A lot of people had the same opinion about BF1 and BFV... they were pretty and had nice music but the gameplay was horrible in a lot of ways. I mean, most games in the series were pretty bad at launch and for a time after. The difference is EA and investors were more willing to tough it out then, whereas now they're very skittish about negativity and pull the plug too soon. People need to relax a bit.

This is the Heat of video games. I remember when I played the 2042 beta and I thought the guns sounded good. Then after an hour or so I started BF1 and shot 1! bullet with the 1895 Russian sniper and it made me smile. Never looked back to 2042 after that :D

Argonne Forest, Passchendaele, Achi Baba, Monte Grappa, and Verdun Heights are such cool maps. Such a shame we'll never have this quality in future games. Also don't forget that epic music when the round is about to end.

Also the voice acting in bf1 was absolutely god tier! You can hear how the soldiers are feeling while fighting for their lives. Even if a grenade is nearby you can hear how your soldier gets anxious and breathe faster. As a german, I absolutely love the german voice lines! They are on point. bf1 had such an incredible amount of everything, the chaos, the gunplay, the atmosphere. If bfv did the same kind of thing but with the addition of the fortification system and supply boxes and similar things, it would have been incredible. 2042 is sadly a bit of a lost cause in my opinion. We waited too long for far too little pay out and the design decisions are fundamentally broken. They would need almost a whole new game just to get some people back
