You've been my absolute favorite person to go to for Battlefield info. The way you talk about gun builds and how to handle the all-around mechanics of the game is just fantastic. All the work you put in (especially the recoil video) is just amazing. Also, you just have fun with the game and not go on rants about "what needs to be fixed/changed", it's really refreshing to see. Your videos get addicting. Don't know if you did something similar to this but here it goes. I call this the "Train Buster" but it is also good for breaching doorways. Primary: Autimatico Storm (nice combo of hipfire and ADS). Secondary: frommerstop or whichever it is called in the class. Gadget One: Dynamite. Gadget Two: AT mines. Grenade: Smoke. Melee weapon: personal choice. Again I like the Spiked Club until I unlock the Sawtooth Knife. I usually spawn a flag away from the train to setup. Lay AT mines and dynamite near each other on the tracks. I have many recordings of killing the train like that. It is also fun to use as a breaching tool for locked doorways; I love watching the door fall off the hinges. Locked? Ha! I have the master key.

Love all your bf1 videos man consider me subbed. Something I wanted to try with assault more lately is focusing on mid range combat and I've really been enjoying the automatico storm. I'd love to hear your ideas on more mid ranged assault classes.

hey liquid, good vid man. my preference on grenades is the incendiary. the brightness of fire, plus the confusion everybody gets from seeing it is sort of like smoke. i like tossing it in a doorway as i jump in through a window. works good

Definitely the best grenade for blocking enemy advance through choke points and like you say, doorways. Also makes a nice surprise to throw into a window of a room full of people hehe.

Excellent video - I love the assault class, my favourite. I have just discovered shotguns, but am using the hunter A for now. I used SMG's up to level 14. I am trying to learn the support class, but finding it painful, but getting better now. I will look forward to your sniper guide, as struggle with the scout class.. so rarely use, and still only level 2.

Try the Railgun superclass :) I'm actually using an Infantry scout rifle and might make a superclass about that, I'm doing better than I thought I'd be doing with it.

They are actually very similar so I'm not sure. The auto-revolver has slightly higher min-damage and shoot fasters and has better recoil, so probably that.

I like to run with smoke grenades but there is always a kinda weird issue with changing back to your weapon after throwing one, the ADS is stuck for a split second after throwing one and can't seem to zoom in or ADS this isn't he same with the gas

model 10 has more pellets than the m97, excluding the sweeper variant. how did you get that wrong?

Only the M97 Sweeper shoots more pellets than the Model 10-A shotguns, the other M97s shoot 5 less! I did some nerding and found that you have to hit someone with 63% of pellets for a kill with the M97 Sweeper and 60% with the 10-A which is equivalent to less than one pellet. The fire rate on the M97 makes it a solid contender for best close range shotty given this I think. I absolutely love that you've gone for the Gasser as a longer range weapon, although I HATE the reload on it. I'm definitely going to take this set up out for a spin, although I'll never understand your obsession with those friggin smoke grenades! Also, why does everyone use the pea shooters like the Modello and the 1903 Hammerless? I can't get a kill to save myself (literally) with them. But the No.3 Revolver and the Auto Revolver (the BEST!) do some serious slaying. What am I doing wrong?

I think you messed up your shotgun stats Blitz. The model 10 and M97 has the same damage per pellet but the M97 sweeper has lower damage per pellet. And the model 10 has 20 pellets per shell and the M97 has 15. But the M97 sweeper has 22 pellets.

So the sweeper does less dmg per pellet and also has more pellets.

I hate the M10-A. If I run a shotgun I use the Hellfighter Trench Gun, sat in a corner in the fortress on Fao, got at least 5 of them before a Support rushed in with his crossbow and BAR.

I have started using the M97 sweeper after watching this and L really like it that quick second, third, fourth follow up shot are so quick I have walked I to rooms and wasted a whole squad all in literally seconds great advice Blitz the revolver sucks tho I like spamming my pistol hate the revolver sorry

Liquid Blitz I know what you mean I sometimes run a "cowboy class" Russian 1895 infantry (it's a lever action and a Winchester pretty much) and number 3 revolver I just wish battlefield had the one landed lever action cocking and firing animation like true grit or T2. But I digress super happy with the M97 sweeper fast becoming my favourite shotty racked up my 100th kill with it today and in considerably less time than the model 10 for the first service star with the weapon I look forward to your video on the intertial shotgun.

Don't know why but the Russian 1895 Trench seems very wild west to me haha. Faster and more close range. I WISH the Colt Single Action Army was in this game. It was around since 1873 so makes sense time-wise and its the ultimate cowboy revolver.

Liquid Blitz that's a very good point mate I on the revolver and I just tend to use the Russian infantry over the trench cause it's better for counter sniping. I think it would be fun if they bought in elephant guns not the Martini Henry which slot of people think I is an elephant gun lol but actual big game elephant guns. Both sides actually used them during the war had them sent from the colonies to counter the use of steel plating on sniper/observation posts as standard rifle ammo couldn't penetrate the plating but the big game round could. I know the game has K bullets which are armor piercing but I think it would be fun like the kolibri but more practical haha

Your usage of semi-auto and auto is a little odd given that a pump shotgun is neither.

I can't remember what I said in this vid, all I know is the shotgun in this class is semi-automatic.

It is not. The 12g automatic is semi-automatic. (Confusing I know, but at the time that was how the word automatic was used) For reference, a semi-automatic firearm fires every time you pull the trigger whereas an automatic firearm fires repeatedly. Examples (in game) include every medic primary and every support primary respectively. Both the model 10 and 1897 are pump action guns. For all intents and purposes, they function identically to a bolt action rifle, each round must be manually loaded before you can fire. Trust me, I own an 1897.
