So, reduced damage from 49 to 47 for AKM. It use to 2 shot lvl 3 helmets? 98 damage? I dont get it.

Base damage of 49. Assault rifle headshots have a 2.35x damage multiplier = 115.1 damage. Level 3 helmets give 55% damage reduction. 115.1 damage X 0.45 (45% of the total dmg) = 51.82 damage = 2 shot kill :) - the newer 47 damage = 49.7 headshot damage to a level 3 helmet. That's why it became a 3-shot kill after the update because 2 shots now = 99.4 dmg.
