DooM49 I've had a (glitch?) where I've twice killed two assault tanks with a single shot. Both said assault tank damaged 100.

@DooM49 So would the Assualt Tank St. Chamond load out that gives a shield on its tracks work in a similar fashion as the Heavy Tank? @Ezra Larson You may have accidentally caused some nearby explosives to go off. Anti-Tank Mines, TNT, etc. I've been killed a few times cause my team put explosives down near me.

This should have been explained somewhere in the game from the beginning. K-bullets are almost never enough to actually destroy a tank but taking out the tracks or guns? Now we're talking about something useful! Thanks for this Doom

I still have a few sidearm videos to get out but I might start mixing in the vehicle videos as I go along. I'm thinking of going type by type, i.e. least used fighter, least used attack plane, etc. Sadly, battlefieldtracker doesn't do a breakdown for each vehicle variant... I've just reached out to EA to see if they can give me the stats so hopefully I'll be able to start on these videos soon!

As a Tanker main, K-Bullets anger me on a frequent basis. Yes they don't do much damage on their own. However, a sniper can shoot it at a rate of 2.5 seconds faster than a tank can repair. Except the landship, only like half a second faster. Essentially this means you can keep an injured tank from repairing and killing your team. Repairing takes a long time as it stands and the longer you force it to take, the better for your team. You also are stalling for an assault to push and kill the tank too. Lastly, multiple snipers with K-Bullets are more scary to me than multiple assaults due to the shear range you can fire from. I've been taken from 100-0 in my tank purely from 4 snipers rapid firing at me and disabling everything quickly.

Anthony C what he's getting at is most people who play the artillery truck camp in their base, out of bounds, or in the middle of nowhere as far away from the frontline as possible. So being immobile doesnt really matter in that situation since nobody is there anyway.

I think the k bullets should be buffed. Maybe instead of damaging tanks, it can damage the PEOPLE inside. Kinda like a tank piercing round, cuz that would make me use it WAY more oftwn

Maybe only for the light tank and armoured cars. It should pierce the landship, assault tank, or heavy tank because they have thicker armour (ingame anyways).

I don't know if you knew this, but you can also throw at grenades into the weapon slots on tbe heavy tank. Not sure if it works on other tanks, but it will actually kill multiple people inside the tank. It would be interesting for you to try that next perhaps.

Holy hell playing BF1 since release and i find this video now that I had pretty much given up the idea of destroying armored veichles with anything but suicide bomber tactics (run at the armored unit spamming AT nades, drop as much TNT as possible and detonate). This might allow me to be of some use on the Soissons map, since it has tanks for days.

I'm glad someone out here is breaking this stuff down. So weapons, tracks, engines, etc all have their own hitboxes and HP. There is actually a decent amount of depth when it comes to part damage, it just isn't very visible or well represented. If your ever at 100% and a part is still broken, keep repairing it. When doing so(at least from the outside with a rep tool) despite not getting an UI confirmation the part can be repaired if you keep at it.

I'm in the top 0.5% of total time-played on BF1... Out of all that time I've spent at least 25-30% of it in vehicles (mostly heavy tank, assault tank, and artillery truck). I can remember no point where a sniper with k-bullets was seriously giving me problems. They're annoying at best. Honestly, the most useful thing someone with k-bullets might do is interrupt your repairs.

Was playing Conquest on Monte Grappa the other day, there was this enemy A7V tank heading towards Objective E. I was playing as a Scout back then, just for kicks I decided to hit the emblem on the front of the tank with a K Bullet, and then boom, I killed the driver and the tank went to a screeching halt. I don't remember if there was an explosion when my K Bullet hit the tank, but it clearly registered a player kill. Since then I've been trying to do it to any A7V I come across, but I can't seem to get another driver kill. Really weird.

You missed on the heavy tank that there is a critical if you shoot the tanks gun at the front. Idk if it was only Bec I was shooting it with another tank that it gave me a crit but I think K bullets will do it too.

I did it a few seconds ago. There was a A7V shooting elsewhere. Someone disabled it's engine and it could not move. I shot at its symbols with my whole load of k bullets and the game credited me for destroying the tank. Now I only need to get 50 kills with the SMLE MKIII Carbine and I get the Vetterli-Vitali Carbine! Glad I destroyed that tank!

90* heavy tank driver on my way to 100 that was very helpful at the end about friendly wrenching vs. self Healing. Does it make a difference if you quick repair versus holding the repair button. Also just great To know the intricate ins and outs when you've poured hours into this game thank you. Also great Stream with Stone the other day. A stream of your platoons scrimming with side by side footage of both of your Squad lead cams would be sick

Quick questions: Do you have to disable BOTH tracks on the Landship to completely disable it or only one of them? Also, on repair explanation, is it better to wait for the part to be disabled, THEN repair?? Since it doesn't reset the 1-2 hits already registered Nice video!

The reason the back of the mark 5 explodes in one hit is simple, that's where the gas tank is located
