The one thing it does lack to make it a bit more immersive are fires that would emit this huge amounts of smoke that plaque the sky and give it that extra immersive feel to the game…but the game still delivers overall

That is entirely a map design aspect. El Alamein was always an open field, open sky map. What you're looking for is Op Firestorm.

Tweak the HUD to my liking (More like Sandstorm) and really home in on the battlefield lol. Ima give this a try later. Turning off my mini-map forcing myself to use more situational awareness. Hi James, I'm not sure exactly how to create custom portal servers. I believe there is a setup at portal.battlefield.com/?redirect=%252Fexperience%252Fmode%252Fgame-mode which will allow you to create the settings on your own custom server, but I'm not familiar with the process very much. You can find custom games that others have created with these unique faction and map combinations under the "Browse Community Experiences" section of the in game Battlefield 2042 portal menu. Hope this helps!

The lack of detail in this game is sad compared to other Battlefields. Like at 1:15 when he starts shooting RPG’s, the missile never actually leave the launcher until he reloads where it’s magically gone and he putting another one in.
