It's good to see there's still interest in the franchise despite everything that's transpired. The surprise success of competing indie games like Battlebit tells us there's still demand for these games. EA and Dice better take notes. Hopefully attrition at Dice hasn't affected them too hard. I actually want the next Battlefield game to be good. Hopefully Dice doesn't have to repeat all the tough lessons again. Despondent players are toxic players. That's no good for a mainly multi-player oriented franchise.

2042 is and always will be horrendous. It still has issues with the very basics (hit reg) almost 2 years after launch. They built a very loyal fan base startling way back in BFBC2, and we hang around because we know what this franchise COULD be - and can only hope it becomes motivated to return to its high-quality roots

I'm thinking in a tank at the bottom, a condor above it and the small chopper on top. Then you can drive the tank around the map like that. Well thats good news, been a great game for about a good 8-9 months imo, played since the start with a 3 months break than cameback in season 1 and since then having good fun. Just sad that we have less choices in FPS games these days, really not a fan of BR, so cant wait for XDefiant and The Finals, to bring a much needed variety.

That's great, i think they've done a great job saving this game and turning it into one of my favorite BF games ever. If a player wants a lot of action and can handle the fact that it's a differen game to BF4 etc. Playercount and specialists make things more chaotic and i think i would miss them or their abilities at least if a new BF game didn't include specialists at all. Maybe another system where wingsuit/abilities can be assigned to any specialist character you choose.. Anyway, anyone reading this haven't given the game a try you really should play some hours and get into it. Please don't get aggravated over the fact that specialists are in the game. I know you get upset when things change but get over it you noobface.

Love this game. If only it had more destruction. If they take their time before release, the next Battlefield game had potential to the best one ever and they could destroy CoD. I hope it has classic BF modes along with a good "Warzone" mode and other new modes and with lots of destruction.
