Battlefield 2042 PC vs PS5

Best show of the difference man. Loved the way you recorded the input lag the ps5 has. Just started playing bf2042 with my 3070 and was wondering how big of a difference console players have it

I don’t know where you get that resolution but on Ps5 the game runs at around 1800p-2160p On ps4/xbone it runs like 720p-900p

Consoles are great, especially for the price for performance, but I just could never go back to consoles for FPS games. The options available on PC have spoiled me - 120hz, 1440p, no motion blur, 100-120FoV and also less input lag.

Well… Ps5 Technically have all of those except less input lag. Of course not in 2042 but in ither fps games.

The game actually runs 2160P upscaled using TAA on the consoles.

I got a rtx 4060 and a ps5 was wondering wich would be better

8GB vram is the main issue with 4060. In some ways it will be better in others no so much

Definitely not, first person shooters were designed solely for PC enthusiasts. Even a RX 6500 XT massively outperforms a PS5.
