Easiest way to stay alive in this game is using your senses, common sense is too underrated, running around and rushing wont do it either you have to control the area you are in, once more reinforcements are present then you can move on, take an objective, no point of dying just to kill 1 0r 2 enemies lol

I thought logically the only reason you where still using the med pen for yourself but the skill for your friendly players is that you didn’t know that if u hold press u inject yourself lol , but good play man and great cretic on the game play , gg ;-)

@@Leo-Draco I like the faster option of switching to falck’s syringe gun thing and shoot one on the ground and just walk over it. That way I can heal while using a weapon.

As a former pastor, The "My brother in Christ" meme appeal when he didn't use the grenade launcher sent me over the edge - laughing hysterically. Lawdy, that was funny. Especially followed by "Where the F did Sundance go?" This game brought me back to online Battlefield after more than a decade (I played BF2 and BF Vietnam prior, but stopped around 2009), with my 13-year-old son, and videos like this are one of the great joys that come with rediscovering this much-maligned but honestly pretty damn good (now) game. Hats off to you, Sir.

Looking back on this video, I think the gameplay in it speaks to a factor in 2042 that's more prevalent than in previous battlefield games. Namely, it becomes more exhausting more quickly over the course of a match. I'm not sure if it's just the size of the maps, the amount of bright colors, a level of "choice paralysis," or the overall chaos that matches devolve into. I've noticed with my own gameplay as well, I'll start a match with some great killstreaks and then it tapers off as a sense of fatigue sets in. Maybe I'll send over some gameplay.

I find its really hard to maintain that high level as well as you inevitably get stranded in between points often, I use Sundance to try to get into action quicker

i also get the same way, there are moments where i think suppression would help because every gun in the game can beam you from long range so you are forced to play as fast as possible trying to slide hop between every little piece of cover you can manage to find

Being a sfar player as well I would recommend a bigger clip size and actively looking for opportunities to either use the Grenada launcher for incinerary ammo

I only play 2042 since a week and I have to play on GeForce now because I have a Mac but I found that the best tactics to be good at positioning (like all bf games) is to push the objective in smart ways. If you force yourself to push the objective and try to avoid big chunk of enemies your brain and natural bearings will do the rest. Once you are near the objective most enemies are gonna be surprised by you because they are camping to kill people more distant and you can have the jump on them. I hope this helps people who struggle

Love this idea of reviewing other players' gameplay! Keep 'em coming. I disagree with some of your points, though our homeboy here does have some room to improve. I think the best thing you said was "you always have to have some purpose". Always know what your priority mission is and employ tactics and equipment that fit it! One other glaring thing I noticed that you didn't mention was that this player seem oblivious to his squad and teammates. I often play alone and will just try to team up with the best guy on my squad. It's a real force multiplier (as cringe as that term is.)

I like this series. It is more practical and shows how to improve by learning from either mistakes or great gameplay by players. This player needs to use the Fusion Holo. It has some secret powers that reduce or eliminate perceived recoil and track moving targets better than any other close quarters sight.

Nice job. I see myself making a lot of the same mistakes that Glanshon did. I used to be a solid player back in the day (early CoD, MoH, BF2, BF3, BF4) but, admittedly, I'm an old man now (at age 65) and my reflexes are simply not what they were even 5-10 years ago. I often call myself the "unluckiest player" on the battlefield but I often wonder how much of it is bad luck and how much of it is just making stupid decisions. LOL. I play too aggressively without the skill to back that style of play. What advice can you give for a guy who needs to play a bit slower, more tactically?

Half way through he caught the common 2042 bug of losing his cool. He got frustrated and made bad decision after another. A quick deep breath would have done him good. His aim is pretty decent with the scar. Regroup, take a breath and start again...
