Bro are you on laptop or desktop? Also check if your ram xmp profile is on or not, moreover download user.cfg for Battlefield 2042 to run it on lowest possible settings.

close background applications, turn down cpu-intensive settings (draw distance, dead bodies, etc) and try increasing the load on your gpu with gpu-intensive settings (texture quality, vfx, etc)
