I hate to admit it but I grew up on cod. I tried battlefield 5 out and was amazed with all that was going on in the game. I know it's not the most "liked" game of the franchise but as a guy who played cod for most of his life and when finally playing on a huge map that was objective based was literally the best thing that happened to me when It comes to gaming. I ended up getting battlefield 4 and this theme is by far my favorite. I just want to say I'm happy to finally be part of a community like this. The middle part was changed slightly to make it sound a bit more like the rest of the BF4 soundtrack; the original BF2 track had a traditional oriental string segment building up to the "Battlefield Theme" while the BF4 version has a more generic orchestral rise reminiscent. The opening part however, I believe is ripped straight from the BF2 sound files, every beat and string sounds exactly the same as the original theme.

I"m gonna chime in here as well. So many work nights that I'd have an hour or two to dedicate playing on Dragon Valley. I never got tired of it, I have such amazing memories of BF4 because of it. This map and its loading theme are works of art in themselves.
