I have all the stock hardware settings. I see you have a K CPU so maybe your is overclocked.

The game is optimized to use more than 4 cores. EA even recommends you use an 8 Core Bulldozer AMD CPU (yes, the ones before Ryzen) to run this game.

RTNProductionz yes it is overclocked to 4.6 ghz at 1.34 volts. It runs little hot but unfortunately you have to Oc it or it will bottleneck as high as 30% I say causing extreme FPS drops plus stuttering.

Instant Noodles running pretty good on my old cpu, so I don’t believe you need more than 4cores even if they recommend it.

hey i have same specs but first 2-3 minutes i get like 10-20 fps on ultra and then i get 50-60 until the match finishes but suddenly fps drops why bro?

I think it's because of 8GB RAM. BF5 for Ultra settings needs 12GB RAM.

Also having the problem with my 6500 and a gtx1070ti. Making my benchmark today to see if it really is the cpu but as many on the internet state it is possibly so. Going for a ryzen 5 2600x on a msi b450 tomahawk with all of my other components.

Witaj. Ja mam i5 7400 (czyli to samo co Ty, ale chyba mniej prądu żre), gtx 1060 TRZY gb i 16gb ram 2400 (2x8). I powiem Ci, że nawet na medium mam częste spadki poniżej 60fpsów. Na medium mam 0.5 gb wolnego vramu. Problem leży na 99% w procku. Chyba muszę chyba wymienić na i7 7700 (maks dla mojej płyty), ale muszę najpierw zobaczyć jak u innych chodzi. Zresztą zauważyłem, że w BF1 zdarzają się spadki do nawet 45 fpsów (zwłaszcza w Amiens i Prise de Tahure) i jedynym sposobem na ich wyeliminowanie jest ustawienie na minimum antyaliasingu, post-processingu i mesh quality (czyli zasięg renderowania otoczonia). Są to opcje w ustawieniach graficznych, które obciążają procesor. No i 16gb to raczej mus.

Witaj, i5 jest zdecydowanie za słabym prockiem na Ultra w BF5, podobnie było przy BF1. Procesor i7 7700 jest wystarczający by przy tej karcie graficznej płynnie odpalić grę na wysokich ustawieniach.

No potwierdzam. Mając i5 6600 i gtx 1060 6 gb w bf1 szczególnie na mapie amien miałem spadki do 40 fps po przesiadce na i7 6700 gra trzyma 60 fps. 4 rdzenie 8 wątków, lub gołe 6 rdzeni to powoli staje się musem w grach AAA.

Niestety mi spada nawet poniżej 50 fpsów (zablokowałem na 60fps) na presecie medium. Wygląda, że mógłbym grać na praktycznie najwyższych ustawieniach gdyby nie procesor.

7700 jest tylko trochę lepszy od 6700, więc się zastanawiam nad tymi dwoma. Mam tanią płytę, która pozwala max. na 6700 lub 7700. Poszukam jakiegoś używanego na gwarancji. Za ile mogę sprzedać tego szrota 7400?

BFV uses almost 8GB of RAM, so we have problems in frames that we only use 8GB in our PC; to avoid inconvenience when playing it in ULTRA SETTINGS, minimum 12GB of RAM and 16GB recommended are necessary. I have a friend with the same PC but uses 16GB and has no problems with the game.

with 8GB RAM the performance changes according to the map, game mode and how many players are online. so this video is not convincing. To play BFV without problem with this PC you need 16GB RAM.

Its CPU bottleneck. The i5 can handle the 1060 6GB any day. The problem is, that this game is optimized to use more than 4 cores.

mi ani bf1 and bf5 nie dzialaja dobrze. mam 16 gb ramu dual channel 2133 ghz, i5 6400 i gtx 1060 6gb. i dupa. cpu 100% w obu grach a grafika 50% zużycia. fpsy są tragiczne, na 64/64 conquestach mam po 60-30 fpsów, a spadki są gdy się coś dzieje czyli wtedy kiedy ich nie chce. w bfie 1 to samo, jedynie kiedy moge pograć na stałych 80-90 na ultra to tryby gry 24 osobowe deathmatch. zanim nie kupie i7 6700k, pozostaje mi sie bawić w bf4, w którym o dziwo nie ma żadnych problemów. cały czas 100+ fpsów na ultra na każdej mapie 64/64, ale musiałem dodać komende w dokumentach bf4 "GstRender.Thread.MaxProcessorCount 4", przed tym miałem małe spadki do 55-50 fpsów.

w BF1 wystarczy 8gb, ale w dwóch kościach. Średni FPS jest nie tyle wyższy co najniższa wartość jest wyższa o te 20-30fpsów.

Tak dokładnie w BF1 wystarczy dual channel 4 + 4 GB RAM'u, w BF5 to za mało ze względu na to, że gra potrzebuje 12GB RAM.

12gb to maksymalna wartość jaką wykorzysta ta gra. Problem w tym, że CHYBA nie da rady zrobić 12gb w dualu, a frostbite ma drastyczne spadki klatek bez duala.

It's more like BF5 or future titles in general; DICE favors 6 core or 8 threads more than 4C/4T
