SorryRooster 21 AA’s are so poorly placed on fjell its laughable, both blocked by mountain peaks on 180 degrees of their 360 degree field of view

@@tibbar20111987 An AA does nothing on Fjell... essentially you need to generate a good pilot or become one yourself (regardless of how much you dislike flying). Kind of game breaking tbh that your only real way to fight back as Infantry is to shoot at them with Panzerfaust's and hope you hit. Won't be surprised if I end up in a video like this one day. As it stands I think planes should just out right be removed from the game. I'll honestly settle with a single AA tank being an actual threat to bombers actually being able to take them out solo but that won't help Fjell. I guess hopefully the new weapon will make taking out bombers easy.

FatheredPuma81 jets werent a problem in bf3 or 4 for me..wanna know why? Cuz there was actual jets fighting jets. There was lock on missiles to help. What do we get in bf5? AAA guns that don’t even reach the planes and a tank that is anti-air(shit sucks). Pray to the fucking RNG gods you get decent pilots on your team(which never happens),Otherwise people in planes make the game unplayable,. Knowing there is very little to counter them.

Fannypacking means moving as one squad. A medic, sniper, assault, and support. It also usually means mowing down enemies and being op.

To me, what's so satisfying is to watch how slow your bombs fall to earth, and then watching the amount of kills you get. Me, the moment I see a bomber lining up with me, I'm running left or right, and I normally survive.

The key to a good time on the ground on Fjell is running medic trains: then the bombing runs don't count!

@@RangerDave I agree with you that running medic trains is an important factor but I don't think its as effective at recovery from bombing runs as pushing forward or holding the line. In my opinion I think stationary AA needs a slight buff. Just not a huge one so planes are not made useless

@@arrow9938 The AA's work well but your team needs to man more than one - and the problem with that is a lot of snow pounders don't like sitting in AA guns. I fly all the time and two manned enemy AA guns make a hell of a difference to pilots - no matter the map.

@@npg68 I have no problem with getting into the AA but i wouldn't like to sit in them for most of the game because after a while it starts to become boring because it yields hardly any rewards. Sure you get a few kills but the lads usually have to leave you behind as they move towards the main battle (and the fun part of the game). In my opinion I think most players on the ground would think the same as myself. I'm not that much of a pilot but if that's what you think grand.

Can’t blame em for getting mad on Felj, it can be rather frustrating when a bomber kills a ton of people and the AA is so weak against big planes. I swear the AA vs plane meta is always going to be off balance.

That's the worst map. I quit anytime it comes up. The combo of funneling infantry into small areas and giving bombers huge splash damage was just a horrible idea.

I’m a really good dive-bomber with the Stuka B-1 and kept getting multi-kills from around 2-4 kills each bombing. I was also flying with another Stuka B-1 and we were diving in formation(one after another). Both of us had the 1000kg bomb upgrade, too. This guy in a flak cannon hated us because we were decimating enemy infantry in the crowded and open areas of the *Panzerstorm* map. He started firing at us one time and got my attention(please know that I had already destroyed 3 previous stationary flak cannons during the match). I passed by the munitions rope to reload with the other Stuka B-1 behind me. We then went as high into the air as we could and slowly dove onto the position of the flak cannon. As we were traveling our downward path(I was first in front) the guy in the flak cannon got some pretty good hits on me. However, I was closing in fast as I pushed in to speed up as I dove towards him. The guy ended up getting scared and bailed from the flak cannon and ran away from it(I could see his little ant of a player on the ground) and continued to dive into his position. I dropped my bomb and only managed to destroy the flak cannon, not the player. This was the time I scared a flak gunner with a Stuka B-1 German attack plane.
