I love this gun so much. I came back to BFV after a year of not playing and used every gun. Hated everything but the M2 Carbine. This gun freaking rocks on PC. It's so smooth and snappy. I dropped a 50 kill game with it in conquest (my first 50 kill BFV game)

Great weapon to use but it does tend to kick upwards more. For long-distance, you might need to use Repetition fire mode when long-distance kills is needed. It's basically the American answer to German Volkstrumgewehr 1-5 while M1907SF STG-44

For PC at least a horizontal recoil that is highly favored is a good thing. It means it's easy to predict and easy to counter recoil. This gun reminds me of bf3 guns with it's recoil pattern so I love it

The m2 carbine round in real life was more like a .556 then anything. It had way more power then your typical .45 auto/9mm bullet out of a full length barrel. This gun was thee most modern assault rifle back then.

Tbh i absolutely hate this gun. I dunno why maybe im just trash with it but its a hitmarker machine and i cant seem to get the recoil under control. I can easily manage the mg42, type 2a or suomi but this thing? Hell nah way too unstable and that damage is atrocious. Gonna stay with my Gewehr 43.

The M2 and the Type 11 are balanced and are seeing less use now that everyone’s used the shit out of them because they were new. The Type 2A is still the most broken gun in the game and it honestly surprises me DICE hasn’t addressed this issue.

A real M2 Carbine is very accurate at a 100 yards. At a 100 yards it has the same power as a 357 Magnum at point blank range. Very lethal!!
