Alex Kim i’m a han main, and in hvv you can do a detonate and shoulder combo they some headshot, this combo melt even vader.

Exactly. Han is the best hero in HVV. He can stand on the other side of the map and get headshots, and when it gets close range he can shoulder charge and detonite. I have no idea what he was thinking when he added it to this list.

@@raecher3393 After playing normal gamemodes, yes light side is strong on those, especially against infantry and playing the objective. By Darkside heroes excel in HvV, they have many moves such as Vaders choke and Kylo's freeze etc. which is an instant kill essentially if other people are around. Jedi pretty much only use the force to 'push' which isn't good for follow up attacks. Not even mention how OP palpatine is in this. Can't honstely remember the last time me and my friend lost as Darkside. From what I can see, it's simply impossible to balance these characters around so many various modes.

I actually disagree with Dooku's expose weakness being on the list. In GA and CS, perhaps, but in HVV and HS it's great. Against agile enemy heroes like Luke or Rey it helps a lot, but its even better when used on cowardly low health enemies running away. Furthermore, when used in 2 v 1 situation in your favour, it can help swiftly defeat a hero and move on to the next. It can be chained with hard hitting attacks like Duelist, Vader's Throw or Rocket Barrage for instant kills. Manage it properly and the 20% extra damage is useful.

I think Dookus Exposed Weakness is an amazing ability, the best times to use it is to deter heroes from attacking you as well as using it when they go for infantry as either you can attack them while they are attacking your teammates or your team will attack the hero while exposed weakness is active on them.

There was no reason to nerf Obi-wans mind trick. Its completely useless now. It was only overpowered when used in conjunction with Reys. All they had to do to fix that was to not let them stack. Its wasnt that hard to figure out.

Use expose weakness when with friends as you can weaken opponents and they can blast them on game modes like Galatic assualt and Capital supremecy. Leia needs a revamp of her abilities. Phasma needs a different ability to Staff strike.

WAAYYY better. I've killed heroes multiple times using it. The knockback is sooo good. I think the long animation is what really brings it down. Also it isn't very good at galactic assault. In HVV it's ok but GA.. not really.

@@Xokken333 His mind trick is useless, if one of your teammates uses a force power like push or pull dominance. It completely cancels out his mindtrick letting the enemy team use their abilities even with the mindtrick still affecting them.

@@reeeee5399 it still has uses, it gives you time to recover stamina safely, use your rush ability safely, takes away hero abilities temporarily, which for some heroes is their only good means to kill you. Everything else about kenobi is already well above average he's already a tank he doesn't need more abilities for offense.

Dookus exposed weakness also removes healing now, plus its good against blaster heros. I use it in case there is a bosk or boba since it increases damage taken by the player affected so if boba or bosk use their explosives then you can take out a hero pretty easy.

I use shoulder charge to psych people out and make them dodge. I activate it and they usually dodge backwards or run away and I just roll backwards and blast spam them. It is also useful when you hit someone and as they lie on the ground, its easy headshots

Staff strikes can be usefull for this: 1) If you can hit all 3 strikes on a hero you can kill them (120+160+2×200) 2) there's a star card, when you get 5 kills with staff strikes your abilities have an increased cooldown The ability could be better if it would 'lunge' more often and if all 3 strikes came back at the same time

11:46 I can already tell you that all of Anakin's abilities are going to make it on that list. The same could be said about Papa palps. God, I hate Anakin and Palps in Battlefront 2017, they should really nerf all the force abilities by giving everyone force immunity for three seconds after being force pulled/pushed/repulsed/froze. This will allow players to recover and remind these toxic Ani and Palps that they need skill/experience to dominate the battlefront and not to rely on cheap tactics.

I agree with Palpatine but not Anakin. Palpatine is mostly overpowered due to his extremely quick dodge speed and distance as well as his very quick recovery time. Nothing is more infuriating than knocking down Palps and running up to him to get a few swings in, only for him to immediately recover and dash away before the first hit even connects. As for Anakin, he's easy to deal with if you're patient. All of Anakins abilities can be blocked and I've noticed a lot of Ani players will spam their abilities as soon as possible. This is when he is most vurnable. Just wait for the opponent to waste their ability as you block and then go after him. Most Anakin players I've encountered dont know what to do once they are out of abilities and are fairly easy to deal with.

@@46sn29 I know how to deal with Ani mains as a saber hero. My real problem is the force spam or combo that he does. Especially if you're a blaster hero. If you're even pulled just once its all over. This is Anakin: force pull then force repulse and finally use passionate strike to deal even more damage. His star cards also add to this. With this combo, you can literally kill boba and bossk instantly. Don't believe me, try it out in arcade with two controllers and use all of Anakin's abilities on Boba or Bossk.

@@Darth_Anomalous I main Boba. Anakin is a no threat to me. When he uses force pull, I immediately use air recover. This prevents you from getting within range of his heroic might. I piss off many Ani players to the point where they will actually send me hate messages because of how "cheap" I am. Really the only blaster heroes that are susceptible to Anakin are Phasma, Iden and Bossk. And even then, you can time your roll to avoid getting hit by the force pull. The moment you see Anakin begin his force pull animation, hit the roll button. It takes practice but it is doable.

the staff strikes are for when a lightsaber hero gets on you and is spam swinging, the third one knocks the, down if you hit them in succession which is easy to do when someone is spam swinging you and it becomes very effective because they get knocked down and with the droid also helping you you can malt them while they are down.

Finns undercover team I feel is really good on starkiller base as you and a huge group of allies can flank enemies or sneak past them and go to the objective

Phasmas staff strike is useful because when you hit all three strikes on a hero they get knocked down and you can shoot them on the ground inflicting massive damage

Leia is a support character... Each hero/villain fulfills a certain role. 1.Her flashbang provides a blind so your troops can either mop up, or make a great escape. 2. Her E-11 gives your team suppressive fire to move into position or keep the enemy at bay. 3. Her squad shield allows her and her team to hold a position without having to worry about ranged damage (this includes grenades), as well as cover your team when trying close gaps on objectives. She doesn't need higher damage or new abilities.. She needs coordination to be most effective.. Which is a strike against the overall player base.

I feel Obi Wans ability would be a bit more balanced if you only could use 1 dodge while under its effects. On one hand I get why they changed it from not being able to dodge to dodging, a way to fight back and it’s unblockbale/gun heroes were not able to do anything except die. But right now it’s a bit too weak as I mainly use it to back up other heroes attacking me as Obi .

Obi Wans mind trick is also glitchy, sometimes I get hit by it and am still able to use my abilities. Also, Bobas concussion rocket can disable blasters, but ONLY through a star card, so it makes it a necessity of a card

Landos smoke grenade can be useful in HvV. The smoke grenade doesn't allow lightsabre villains to lock on to you whilst you are in smoke

Shoulder charge is good. Especially against Boba since you could take him out while he's down, it's also a good counted for lightsaber heroes a few times

For leia, make her flash grenade blind AND invert controls for a time limit. Squad shield should have a bacta dispenser which regens allies in the shield AND block emperors lightning. Her rapid fire should have a damage buff and give her a damage reduction while active. Also, her pistol should have a secondary fire speed buff and a slight normal fire damage buff. Also have a card which is like officers presence card, wwhere allies near her get decreased regen delay and increased regen speed.
