Fallen order sucks. Teasing RPG elements in a f'n tomb raider platformer, Jesus f'n Christ that game is boring. Fallen order should of been fully RPG with small open world just like witcher 2

They should just have Projekt red make a few real open world star wars rpg with Jedi and/or mandolorian builds. I can't believe with how far gaming as gone no one has made a Witcher like star wars blended in with starlink intergalactic travel, Jesus fucking Christ, I'd literally work for free on these projects and help with character and world design but NOO they got to fucking hire tasteless good for nothing losers!

I really hope that someday we get a Star Wars game like knights of the old republic but with a modern day game style like a mix of Star Wars and Skyrim where there’s factions and guilds where u can choose to be a sith or a Jedi or a bounty hunter with side quests and a main quest a large world or multiple worlds it’s unlikely to happen anytime soon if ever

I don't understand why nobody isn't making a RedDead'ish jedi/Sith/Mando choose path, open world, talent tree, story driven, single player game.. seems like a no-brainier. Might also been said a million times, yet nothing is happening, seems like they are WAY overthinking it.

Yeah i didn't like Acolyte a waste of the High Republic Era complete destroyed any potential that era had they've tarnished it. The books especially Phase 2 i thought were really interesting a shame. I'm still excited for Eclipse but I'm not getting my hopes up, the Jedi Fallen Order/Jedi Survivor games i am excited for. I liked Ahsoka and Kenobi so hope they both get renewed for another season. Mando S3 was utterly bad so S4 or the Movie I'm skeptical on but these are the projects I'm interested in. They need to go ahead with the Rogue Squadron movie and the Lando Series. I'm still playing BF2 2017 so I'm content. Waiting for Jedi 3 and Replaying the older games gonna go replay TFU and Republic Commando. I'm more or less going to EU Content now need to get into the Jedi Apocalypse series, Thrawn Trilogy, Rogue Squadron books and Comics and Dark Disciple. Still got Legacy War to check out and more stuff with The Republic Era jedi so books are going to become my main content for star wars but I'm always going to love the IP i just enjoy some stuff more than the others. Don't care for Skeleton Crew at all its just a version of Goonies in space and i hated Andor as a protagonist supporting characters Carried that show i don't think I'll watch S2. Wake me up for Ahsoka S2, the next Jedi game/big star wars game and the Mando Movie.

Jedi 3 will be great sure but thats not what fans truly want. We thought Outlaws was gonna be a close second to a battlefront 3/jedi blend of shooter and open world but it didnt really impress was ok imo. The fans want multiplayer, the fans want diverse game modes planets and playable characters. Its insane that they dont have a studio making a game like that right now. A real shame becauseim in the same boat as Ozzy im not even a star wars fan right now or excited abt anything coming. aside from Andor S2 and the Mando movie.

As someone who used to be a pretty big Star Wars fan, i feel ya. I'm pretty much entirely checked out. Played Outlaws and was painfully underwhelmed by it, and the last star wars thing i watched was Book of Boba Fett. They've definitely lost the plot.

The crazy part is Star Wars Outlaws and Skeleton Crew are both pretty good. Feels like everyone has just decided beforehand everything Star Wars must be bad.

I just don’t understand it. Everything is already there for studios. Plethora of stories they can use, and entire universe already established, a TON of historical games that they can reference to what fans liked and what fans didn’t like. They could literally remaster like 4 games with up to date controls and graphics without having to fund story narratives and creative design teams. It’s just so frustrating when BF2 very clearly had well known praise before they ended development and instead of taking what they learned and launching BF3 (that lets be real would’ve made BANK if release was timed right), they just cancelled it.

Hmm, almost as if more isn't always better? It is what killed Marvel, they did like 2 movies and 2 shows a year and now no one cares. Same with star wars, a bunch of shows every year, and a few games, you don't care after a while if you get to much of something even if it is something you love. The expectation and wait is completly erased.

I honestly didn't think Outlaws was that bad. Sure it was incredibly rinse and repeat with all missions and simple. That said it was open world and while the story was kind of lacking I very much enjoyed the environments and the speeder mods. Tattooine was incredible from the moisture farms to the dune sea, jabbas palace and mos eisley. I enjoyed space travel and several other features. To each their own. Some people hated it but it was probably the highlight of video games for me in 2024 honestly, closely followed by sparking zero. Then again I've always leaned more into single player campaigns than multiplayer games so maybe thats why.

I disagree with popular opinion. Recent Star Wars games are pretty good. If you give a fair chance to Outlaws it is very good. Star Wars Hunters is also really good! I believe both are underrated. Outlaws has a lot of attention to detail and the worlds are amazing, the gameplay is a bit hindered by speeder handling, but most bugs were resolved in the first couple of months.

i hope there ll be a new battlefront game with the future movies, they did the same with sequels for promotion

6:40 After the show Boba fett thats how I felt then when I watched the obiwan show I truly did not care anymore. SW is dead to me, the GL stuff will live forever but everything else is just pure fiction in my opinion and if something is watchable good if not who cares... Nothing of value has been lost of created, only Disney that keeps losing in the long run.

kotor is the only thing I'm holding onto just cause I am so sick of star wars games taking place in the empire era, and as much as i love the jedi survivor games, the sequel was a little bit of letdown for me compared to the first one but still a good game, but I just want a star wars game in a different era, hell I'll be happy if we get one in the Clone wars

I agree with everything you said EXCPET that there wasn't any mention of Andor, which is the only thing that I am actually SO excited for. Andor season 1 was legit a masterpiece of art in general, not just star wars stuff. It was so good that it made me realize that the Mandolorian (the only other star wars show/movie i cared abiout at the time) is actually terrible. I couldnt watch S3 of Mando bc after Andor it just is so bad

Star Wars Jedi was pretty good but nothing like the old Battlefront and Knights of the Old Republic games.

Star Wars has been mishandled so poorly that I’m still in shock. Skeleton Crew is actually a fun, easy, watch. I’ll be at Celebration too, so I’m looking forward to that.

I’ve been watching for over 4 years now and I come back for every video you make like this to mourn the loss of what used to be my favorite franchise. How Disney ran it to the ground needs to be studied.

Including sequels characters is a downgrade lol I won't buy the new one just so I won't have to have my immersive experience ruined by running into "characters" from the Disney Wars universe.

Even coming from me!!!!! I do not care for any Disney Star Wars. The acolyte was the final nail in the coffin for me. That being said if the originals or prequels are on tv I will always and still do tune into them. The first 6 films are legendary and will always have a special place in my heart. Disney Star Wars is not Star Wars, Period.

Outlaws is just the usual Ubisoft slop. Even after they announced Massive was developing it. I'd like to see the conclusion to Cal Kestis' story but that's it and even then I'm skeptical with Stig gone but Jason De Heras (the former combat developer of JFO) still being there is consolation though. DC fans are in an even worse spot with mediocre games like Gotham knights and Abominations like suicide squad.

I played the buggy as hell Wii version of Battlefront 3, that got leaked. And it‘s better then most new Star Wars Games today.

Really sucks that a lot of people don’t want to watch skeleton crew, i heard its a lot of fun and I think we should support creative ideas but after so much bullshit I just can’t, Andor showed me what this franchise is possible of yet everything I see is just an attempt at either nostalgia bait or playing it safe while also just pissing me off.

It's just so stupid that the last multiplayer Star Wars game that came out was 2017. I suppose you could count Squadrons too but that game had so little content it barely counts in my opinion. I wanted Hunters to be good but it's just another shitty mobile game that pales in comparison to Marvel Rivals. I just want a good semi-competitive multiplayer Star Wars, an Empire at War 2 with better online support would go ridiculously hard.
