i feel survivor was suffering from lack of identity it tried so much to be souls game and be also lot of things that i can mis the story part but not the gameplay and exploration.

Heroes vs Villains in Mos Esley is hands down more fun because it is a pure skill game.

I'm not a fan of your tangent against older gamers. Games were objectively better back then. They were finished, they weren't greedy and they didn't try to nickel and dime you every step you make. Of course people want that back. I don't want GAAS crap, I want well made DLC that are worth the money like Battlefield 3&4 had. I also think Battlefront 2 was successful, because it had a good amount of PvE content. That's why the originals were so beloved, because of the PvE, not because of the multiplayer.

This game is dead to me. EA deserves the eternal L for this game, and its predecessor. I will not take part in its redemption or finance of it. Give us what we want on launch or fuck off. Better luck next time if I give them a chance. This remake series taught me to NEVER pre-order a video game ever again.

Yeah I can imagine the hype. All I want is BF3 that is a true sequel and step up from the 2005 game. Galactic Conquest is one of the modes I've had the most fun in in any game ever, so I'm totally going to enjoy playing that again. But I remember that as I got older, it got too easy. Main 3 reasons I want BF3 is: 1. better graphics. 2. SW7-9. 3. Galactic Conquest with more and hopefully harder content. That said, it being multiplayer here is absolutely of no significance to me. I played split screen or solo and couldnt care less about more people being able to join through online. I feel like you give too much credit to the multiplayer aspect - I don't think the hype here is so big because people dont want single player but multiplayer, no, I think it's there because these classic games are regarded as among the best, if not simply the best. That's all.

I feel like I care a lot more about the story in the first game. With survivor, I had a hard time getting myself to care that much about tannalor.

the first one was okay.. solid. Jedi Survivor is really good. Same broken game problems of every game released anymore it seems. Was better to wait a year after release to play it. His ability to "shatter" as Revan and Mace and access both dark and light, makes him so powerful yet fun for gameplay, creates many problems if we are to accept it as canon included in the first six movies. And the only lore following way to play the game he has to wield a purple lightsaber. Because he definitely isn't a guardian or counselor.
