Aaron Poisson I play Xbox idk if that matters but in my matches I joined late and everyone was a Jedi and they weren’t even using him. Otherwise wait until matchmaking and quickly slide all the way to the right lol you just have to be the quickest

Aaron Poisson the other place you can try is co-op: you have to save up your battle points of course, but I found fewer players using that mode to level up ;)

As of right now it's just people that are just trying it out 1st time, & they'll be burnt out on it in a month or so.... the other type are just picking it back up to see if it's improved since 2k17 & will just move on after a few weeks. But the true players/fans of Battlefront will remain when the gawkers move on to the next thing (go back to Fortnite)..... Always happens that way. For now just stick to Co-op &/or HvV & u'll be able to play him a lot.

I think you misunderstood what the Roll Together starcard does. It increases cooldown "support" which is his passive ability that helps out his allies, not himself.

I find a lot of BB players on HvV easier to kill than in other modes because they often roll away from the team to get you and you can easily smack them down with a light saber, providing you're at full health

I love that dice added these new droids, so far they seem really balanced, and they definitely feel and play the way a droid should. They are unlike anything we’ve seen before, and they were a great surprise. (Just my opinion) Also idk why but I love their flashlights.

BB-8 has way better cards that are not only great but they also allow for multiple builds. BB-9E is mostly on par with it when you compare them without cards, but sadly it's card are lackluster and there's like 2-3 good ones, the rest either not being worth the slot or coming with a serious drawback which BB-8's cards don't come with. Cable spin can melt villains, if you roll in between them during a team fight you will absolutely melt them if they don't notice you and focus on you or run. The only saving grace for 9E is that his basic attack stuns which can really help in HvV fights or stall a saber user that's trying to focus you. Bacta support is pretty useless if you ask me - 3 health for a hero is almost nothing even if he heals every few seconds and for regular troopers it's unnecessary since they will just regenerate their health without your help. If only the card that buffs it was good, but nope, negligent upgrade that comes with a serious drawback.

SinnerBeta I definitely agree 9E’s cards aren’t as good as BB-8’s, but I think BB-8’s are just exceptional for any hero. They seem to compliment his abilities perfectly and like you said allow for multiple builds that can focus on different things. The card that boosts 9E’s shock prod damage is definitely a must, yes

Is people chasing you down? because a lot people chase me down just keep rolling and dodging if you are bb-8 use third ability at the enemy or (sometime it doesn't work😓)away from the enemy but if you are BB-9E😏 use primary weapon to stun them (optional use first ability while doing this) and multiple enemy use the middle ability then GTFO

BB8's Resistance backing makes you do 5% more dmg to opponents detected by it, not 10.5%. Not sure where u got that one from. Also his spinning cables deal 45 dmg every 0.3 seconds not 50 per 0.5 seconds. Also BB9E's shock prod deals the same 29 dmg per 0.3 seconds as BB8. It's his abilities which suck in comparison. Also BB9E'S shock spin ability does 30 dmg every 1.8 seconds not every second, hence why it is ridiculously bad. For comparison is therefore does 5 dmg every 0.3 seconds compared to BB8's spinning cables which do 45 dmg every 0.3 seconds. Therefore BB8's spinning ability is actually 9 times stronger than BB9E's and will therefore kill enemy 9 TIMES quicker. Not that BB8 is op, no not at all thats balanced. Its just BB9E's ability quite literally sucks donkey balls.

I disagree. You could easily out dmg villains as bb8 with the whip (even more op with starcards Headbutt is good for saving teammates & disarm blocks Bb9e can easily dodge atks even without the fog and provide constant stun (good match with blaster heroes especially Iden The pushing starcard is splendid in edge kill maps Even pro players could be outmatched as their hit boxes are quite small Would expect a nerf of some kind in the near future

Both droids can use their cable spins through walls and other obstacles. I can sit either droid behind the wall of a tunnel through which reinforcements come, and wipe out most of the wave myself without exposing myself to return fire.

What i do is i try to find hvv games like bespin or kashyyyk basically maps you can throw people off and i have the Spin me round star card on and i sneak up on them and just chuck them off the map, i always get messages😂😂

the biggest mistake I see with these players are , they keep dashing backwards or running away when being chased by a lightsaber hero. Never dash away, dash toward your enemy, you're smaller than a regular hero so you can definetly confuse the fuck out of them

I also noticed two weird things about BB-8: first is that when a HvV match starts and your team spawns in your passive abilities are already going so by the time the intro is over you already have around 100+ points lol, the second one is that sometimes he will get multiple assists for a single kill, tied to the number of other players attacking the enemy.

@@guy8360 Savvy Pirate I have multiple rounds screen shoted where I'm at the top of the scoreboard with BB-8, his cable spin is that good. BB-9E on the other hand yeah, has problem with getting points in HvV, not enough damage to seriously wound the heroes and doesn't get nearly as many assists. At least the electro spin kills regular soldiers in other modes fast enough.

They work because of BS, nothing like service droids killing the most powerful fighters in the galaxy, did Kathleen Kennedy take over star wars gaming also? Does anyone understand or even care anymore what star wars is about? We're So far from what great star wars gaming use to be about, before the dark times before EA. The real reason we cant get the content we want is because of the Lucas Disney buyout, and George still makes money on all his previous created properties in star wars including clone wars. This is why we have no ashoka and ventress $$$$$$. New heros dont generate new $$$$$ and George will be Retroactively paid remember kids his best trait is understanding merchandising rights. I'm sorry but until they get a buff they are totally unless in HvV unless your double teaming or ganging or playing with friends. Maybe in GA and Supremacy its different.
