I find it hilarious that unless you are mindlessly running towards the enemy at all times...you're camping. There is nothing wrong with letting the enemy come to you. If they want to run down the same hallway that you have locked down over and over again, it's their problem for being overly aggressive. Pro tip - you don't NEED to run at the red pie slice everytime...sometimes being patient and engaging in your terms is the best option. Great video Neebs & Co. :)

+Reverend Wartooth It's important to note that there is a big difference between holding a position and camping. Camping is sitting in a corner waiting for people to walk past you and then blasting them. Holding a position is about using cover and gaining good vantage points. You still have to move about and look around when you are holding a position.

But yeah if the situation calls for it, I have no problem with using cover to stay in the same area and takeout the lemmings who sprint right back to where they just died...no change of tactics or anything lol

That's hilarious Doraleous, I was about to upload a small clip where I camp with the suicide cannon but got a few good kills with it. I do agree the spot you place it at is key, and it's main vulnerability is nades of all types. Also, finally someone started using that middle card... You had like 30 charges by the end of last stream so I see you've used about a third of them since then.

Quick tips: 1) ADS does not increase accuracy unlike most other FPS games. It will slow your movement down so you are less maneuverable. No movement lowers accuracy whatsoever. 2) Tapping Down on the D-pad will switch between left and right perspective in 3rd person. Great for peaking those corners ;) 3) Hit the reload button when the overheat meter gets to the yellow portion. It may take some practice to nail it but if you played those EDF games you'll be fine. I hope these helped you guys and anyone else reading these :) great video guys, as always 👍

Just an interesting note for Neebs...Darthveda has unlocked everything in the game and just hit the 20 hour mark ;)

I'm quite bad at battlefield and so i've watched many multiplayer bf4 videos, to try and improve. The one thing I learned was: if you want to improve your K/D ratio you have to camp. Check level cap playthroughs! He does move and he is so skilled, but he stays many times in the same spot, moving just around the same place many times. BF4 is not CoD where you run wildly; I'm guessing Battlefront isn't either

your first and last spots, I'd just use homing shots on you. also, make sure to use the cooling flush for your overheated blaster. you need to time it correctly and hit square when the red bar gets in the highlighted area.

Of course camping works. Since the dawn of 3rd person shooters it has worked because 3rd person lets you see everything without having to leave cover. The ridiculousness of that is actually one of the main reasons I've not been so tempted to get Battlefront.

What I do in supremecy & Walker Assault is I take whatever ship I have, fly it to the enemy air support spawn, either high or low, watch the radar and spawn kill everything they bring in

I really enjoyed Battlefront the first day it came out, I played it for over 6 hours in one sitting it was that addicting. Now everytime I play it's an extremely frustrating experience where I have to basically talk myself into playing and I usually can only take about 2 or 3 matches before I wanna break the disk in half. it's mainly the other players that frustrate me because it quickly became a Call of Duty experience where everyone has found the easiest way to camp and kill the whole game. Am I the only one who feels this way? I wanna love this game like I did day 1 but now I'm on the verge of trading it in for Fallout 4.

The only reasons camping is so frown upon is because of the age of Arena shooters, wich defined the early FPS genre and formed the unspoken rules in the community today, even if modern FPS have nothing in commen with the Arena shooters of the late 90's/early 2000's. What you call "camping" is just the use of a superior position. It's an age-old trick in combat to use a higher position to your benefit. 1. It's easier to shoot from a higher position to your target, because of ballistics. To make it short: Your shooting diagonaly. Always better. 2. Humans have a naturaly limited FOV. We can see downwards better than upwards, because the human eyes were specialised to look out of obstacles on the ground, not Archers or (nowadays) Snipers on a hill or a roof. Sooooo yeah. Camping actually makes sense in a game where you can't do unlimited doulbe jumps and race around the map like maniacs. (Except when it's BO3, in wich case you get the worst of both worlds.) TL;DR: Camping is an ageold tradition of warfare. It didn't make sense in the Arena shooters of the 90's, but that is over now. How you feel about it is up to you.
