Definitely. Always feels cheap mowing down the AI at a capture point. They are way better than the offline AI but a half decent player can still take on 3 or 4 at once and be pretty sure of coming out of it alive.

I’m just glad that they did confirm that Maul is getting an actual *”KENOBEH!”* Emote, Rather than being stuck with the Little whisper “Kenobi” Pretty sure Sam Witwer blew out his Lungs when he did do it, hope it’s gonna be worth the wait, Only Emote I would actually love to see to be honest. Bug fixes are A Necessary Thing that needs to be discussed because it’s the very things holding back Battlefront 2 2017 from being the prime Battlefront because even the 2005 BF didn’t have as much bugs and glitches as The reboot and that games 14 years old. Fix Grievous, Dooku and the Force Powers and that would be enough for now. I get that most of em are on Vacation but that doesn’t mean they can just leave us players high and dry with mediocre challenges with “Animated” victory poses nobody really asked for...but Yodas is pretty relaxed so that one would be well earned unlike vanilla poses like Mauls.

PvE better mean Aracade Content!! If it isnt what we been requesting for YEARS and after all this buildup, if its all for nothing, im dropping the game. My expectations are very high and am short on patience now. Been burned to many times before to just be told to "be patient". We have been for YEARS NOW. Im not expecting full multiple phase offline modes. But just a classic conquest mode that allows all maps and vehicles and more options for AI classes than just the current standard troopers.

@@tjp_real yeah just like the classic games in the series. Instant action was a staple in the original games. It was basically a sandbox of options to customize your playstyle with all modes and maps and features. I spent YEARS playing just that alone as a kid. The Starwars battlefront series has ALWAYS had instant action as its main draw. Yes online was also there but instant action was the best part. Yes these days online is the focus but the new games miss that instant action type sandbox mode to truly live out your starwars fantasies. Online and offline need to be supported equally. This isnt just some online multiplayer centric game. Even though EA are treating it like some online multiplayer only game. Its not right. Besides, when people stop playing years from now, having an offline sandbox mode with all the features it needs, would allow us to enjoy this game and all its amazing maps and characters etc basically forever.

I can't wait for the pve stuff, love playing battlefront 2 with my siblings on arcade mod and find it very limiting. Would be cool if the add ai heros, would be cool to play as the arc trooper and see one of my siblings get to experience a hero fight they can win. If August becomes a bug fix mouth, then I can wait for the pve stuff and just means I'll still see all y'all on the battlefront awhile longer. May the force be with y'all.

Played a game earlier, and there was an invisible enemy, hidden from the score board, using damage hacks. Let me tell you, losing my maul to an enemy I didn't see and he killed in one hit so I couldn't respond is really infuriating, especially since I am a long time fan and want the game to succeed.

It would be nice if we could play all those special multiplayer modes with cpu like how we could play those special modes against cpu in the classic battlefront 2. Also, I wish that lightsaber stamina wasn’t affected by everytime you swing the lightsaber. No other Star Wars games that I know of had a stamina for every saber strike especially in classic battlefront 2. So why is it in this game? I also wish we could have more of the classic modes in this game especially galactic conquest. I also hope we have more maps that are less linear or too huge. One more thing to fix the gameplay: if we could see vehicles and just get in and out of them as supposed to rank up points and hope to play in them but not being able to freely just get out of it. That’s just me. If dice follows more in the footsteps of the classic battlefront games, so much people would buy this game. They want money so badly as it is.

BF2 (2005) was so good in its prime days, but it didn't aged that well. EXPECIALLYA the offline content. AI was bad, campaign was done at the end of development and was rushed and not that good(except for the awesome cutscenes). The only thing I miss are Space Battles and Galattic Conquest. A part from that the new BF2 is very cool. I love the heroes gameplay, the GA "story driven" MP maps with objectives and phases. With some PVE modes too now the game will be awesome.

Private Online arcade, thats what this game needs. Its what kept the old battlefront 2 alive TO THIS DAY lol. Private sessions with my friends with full control of the rules. Infinite heroes in galactic assault, droidekas only, blaster heros only, etc etc. Give us options to create our own matches with our friends. That would take this game to the next level

Galactic Assault for offline along with all its objectives would be awesome as it has all the vehicles and star fighters all in 1 mode! This is awesome news. I happened upon the classic Imperial Stormtrooper glitch as well on Starkiller base whilst redownloading the game from scratch, that was a funny little surprise. I redownloaded to see if there was a way to get the FOV option that PC has on my Xbox, but to no avail. So... DICE is there someway, possibly later on down the road you could please add the FOV option into the console versions? I would love to be able to pan back further to see my whole character and a wider view of the map.
