Vote No on amendment 1. If you were NPA and both these candidates ran in a primary, you’d be unable to chose between the two and the winner would go into the general. The Republicans want this to pass because there are so many more registered Rs that they hope this will prevent any Dem from winning in the future.

Telling age appropriate truthful facts to students is now called "leaning left." Far right candidates fight for Prager U type propaganda, while everyone else fights for common sense solutions. Maga uses students as political props. Our children deserve MUCH better!

At this time in our country''s history it's vital to be 100% informed of exactly who you're voting for, and what their values are, especially on the local level and when it directly effects our children. Let's not kid ourselves into thinking political ideology and alignment doesn't matter when it comes to our schools. As we've seen over the past several years, it matters.

It's quite remarkable that politics going into public schools. What is it going to change? Let's say school board is all republican, does it mean the academics in public school going to be different than from school where school board is democrat? So, it is not going to be the same curriculum for kids due to different viewpoints of political parties? Wow, yea, let's separate society from the young age, why wait when independent opinion is formed. Let's say some kid will ask questions in different perspective than school board is thinking due to their political preferences, kid has to change the school then? So, now parents have to look not for schools near their residence, but what kind of viewpoints are school board in public school is holding? Brilliant, like there is nothing else to spend taxpayers' dollars, but extra ink on ballots for R's and D's. What are the next brilliant ideas our legislators will come up with. Talk about we have nothing else to do but irritate. In couple years tens of thousands of teachers left the field of public education in Fl. Let became dumber and dumber, why not, isn't?
