A battleship design developed in France in response to construction of the German H-class battleships. @@user-cs9lx9tm5l Iowa is a strong high-tier ship. You're probably playing her wrong. You should always develop all available modules, as well as use the recommended commander skills. On the other hand, using mods with Modstation or Aslains Provides very useful information for combat. And you can always watch replays too to learn some tricks
